Thanks for this footage Jerome, we are flying from Australia in early May and have a layover before flying to New York, we were particularly looking for a shower facility between flights and this was perfect advice for us, many thanks again.

I remember that lounge when I was in Changi April 2022. I decided to go to SATS instead. I will try it next time.

Thanks - very informative. Do you have to ask a member of staff to use the showers, or just go and help yourself? We are travelling through Changi next month. Be nice to have a shower before the next flight.

Hello Dj! Glad that you like the video. Yes, they have staff for the shower room who will assist you. Just ask them and they will give you towel and the shower room number. I used my PP which is tied up with my Amex but they do accept walk-in guests. Enjoy the lounge and safe flight to you.. 🛫😉

Hello Dj! Yes, they do provide towels and soap is included. Just asked the staff they will prepare the shower room for you. 😊

Is this lounge menu based? Or was it only due to covid, and has now become like any other lounge with unlimited (alcohol) and food..😂
Hello Karun! I think due to covid restriction, the menu is limited plus the service is just an ala carte instead of buffet which i believed they are now back. Let me know your experience after your visit. 😉

Hello! I didn’t notice. As far as I know, there is no available slippers in the shower room.
I used the ambassador lounge two days ago and was extremely disappointed,I couldn’t eat the food and the shower was just lukewarm warm, it got over crowded and was difficult to find seating so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
