- a full body workout fit into about 45 minutes. featuring squats, overhead press, bent over row, deadlifts, and bench press. basically, you hit your legs, shoulders, back, chest, and arms in less than an hour which is pretty dope, if you ask me.

triset - back squat, overhead press, bent over row
superset - conventional deadlift, bench press
