Dear person,
I started this channel because I used to spend all my time trying to be skinny and then I discovered the gym.
It changed my life.
It makes me work hard, be disciplined, get stronger, feel amazing, and have a better life.
In the past, I have starved myself, eaten until I felt sick, punished myself with endless treadmill runs, and hated my body. I don't do that anymore.
If you're interested, I use this place to talk about the good times, and suck times of my "journey" (cringe) with fitness and health, but most importantly with myself.
Thanks for any support you give, because it's what allows me to keep making videos.
Please don't forget to subscribe, and thanks for spending an entire two minutes to read this random description.

you Rock J :) thank you so much for this video
Great video. Thanks for the tips. 👍
Hi Juna! You didn't hit any PRs at the MAC?
Hi Juna, something I don’t see in your video is how long did you train on the bar each day in the days where scapula pull ups were the only thing you could do unassisted? I’ve been training 53 days now and it seems like negetives aren’t coming well and scapula pull up improvement might be a prerequisite… I’m wondering how long I need to train on the bar each day. I heard 5 minutes a day active hanging but somehow that doesn’t seem like enough.
I'm morteza from iran...you are beautiful and very happy...i wish for you successful all the time
It's been a long time. Glad to see you back in the gym. Looking good.
Yo mad respect to everyone who suffered
Heyy do u know how long it took you so I know if I should commit?
You Go!
Better than me
Finally, someone relatable! You inspired me! I have been trying assisted pull ups for 3 weeks now
Zero, zero, zero... 😅
All right u you guys
Congratulations keep up the amazing work
So cool, Thank you very much! My Goal for next year! Very helpful
Takes a lot of dedication and it's easy to become discouraged. Nice work!
Wow, excellent video. Thank you so much for taking the time to make it. Very interesting to see how you break down the process, and to watch your progression over time. I actually just ordered a pull-up bar and resistance bands online. That’s how inspiring your video is. 💪 🙏 ❤
Love the detail and how real this is! Thanks. ❤️
Just 🎉 soo soo.sooooo amazing. It's so hard to do pull ups being tough like this girl. You rockk girl. Regards from Mumbai India
Stop with the comments on her body and how Big/thick she is, and start talking about body compo and muscle mass building. Men Never get comments on body or adjectives.
Super props
This was so on point. I relate with everything you said
Since you can do 6 you need to try to take the bar to your clavicle and pull up higher. Your currently barely at the minimum height of considering it one rep.
Without tight pants and Butt popping out u can't do pullups..haha😂
Been meaning to do this for a while but seeing how easy it is I'm definitely motivated to make these now.
Amazing!!!
Try ladder app
Can’t even get chin pass the bar
You got to start somewhere ❤
This video is great
Very impressive. And strongly beautiful!
This was really helpful. I have been doing it all wrong. Noted!
Thank you for this
I'm 67 years and 9-months old. I like doing pull-ups too. I'm actually stronger as a senior citizen on Medicare than I was an active-duty United States Marine Corps 0331 M-60 Machine Gunner. The reason why is because I focused on doing partial reps to failure, which is a modification of Zatsiorsky's repeated effort strength training method to failure, which is the best way to develop muscular endurance, size, mitochondria, and capillary density. Recently, I did 5 sets of 36, 36, 33, 30, and 30 reps on the same day. The more mitochondria and capillary density you have, the more blood sugar, nutrients, oxygen, and blood flow you will have, which will increase muscular endurance and size. Full range of motion exercises is better for developing absolute strength, but pull-ups to failure is a test of muscular endurance.
💀
Awesome!!
This helped me thank you
salute to you girl
Not a perfect pull up but don't worry, you'll getting better.. keep going..
What was your weight when you started training for pull-ups?
It's not even a pull up first learn it😂
Skinny guys and gals can easily do pull-ups with a little strengthening but us heavier people have to work our butts off just to do 1 pull-up! Kudos to you for doing 6 reps! You are inspiring!
Yes finally a girl with a similar body type as me doing this!!! I always see really thin or stereotypically fit girls do this and feel like it's not as realistic or inspiring because I have so much junk in the trunk (not saying it's not impressive for them to do it but its not relatable). This feels more realistic and relatable for me and makes me want to give it a shot down the road!!!
I am at that point all i can do is 6 but great tips To help me increase
Great video it's inspiring ❤
Is she blind? I’m just curious...
Save me that muthafrikkin' money! 🤑🤑
Focus on you're form
