      Should be the 7443 amber led

    The front turns are not LEDs. I did this same mod for the front and back using Lasfit bulbs. The back were way too bright though so I had to dark tint the back turns and reverse but left the front alone tho.

    How have these turn signal bulbs held up for the past 2 years?

    • @HondaJon
      @HondaJon  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I don’t have the vehicle anymore but they do last. Leds in general will last a couple years no problem

    I, new but is there a way for you to make a playlists for each car? That way I can find all the videos correspondence or the pilot only. 😊 please

    Do you have lights in the red reflectors next to the reverse lights?

    • @HondaJon
      @HondaJon  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      No. It’s just the reflection.

    When I switched my interior bulbs to LED, it was just a bulb change. Can’t you just get a LED bulb for the turn signals without this subassembly method?

    • @HondaJon
      @HondaJon  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you do they will hyper flash since they are two purpose bulbs

    What is the model number or number of the bukb for signal lights? And brake lights? Reverse light for honda pilot 2017?

  • @planetfixatormore1242
    @planetfixatormore1242 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Hi John, do you know of any LED bulbs turn signals that do not hyperflash with extended use (parking lights, or long turns signal time) I know this issue is because of heat and I live in Florida. I’m worried my accord will always hyperflash even with bulbs that have coded to not to.

    • @HondaJon
      @HondaJon  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Have you tried using in line resistors? That should solve the problem.

  • @alphaicegordon4754
    @alphaicegordon4754 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    i have a 2016 pilot and when i go to the site they look like they're just bulbs. Anyway you could link the part number you used that came with the resistors? I don't want to get ones that im gonna get error codes. Thanks love the channel

    • @HondaJon
      @HondaJon  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Your right. I don’t see them anymore. They offer the resistor you can install. It’s super easy. It just clamps on the wire and then you can use any led bulb and it won’t flash. They must have stopped making the ones with built in resistors n

    Hey Jon, do you have the model # for those LEDs

    • @HondaJon
      @HondaJon  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They should be the 7443 model but double check on their website. It will make sure.

    • @HondaJon

      Not too bad. However I put a light smoke over them so it’s not bad

      @@HondaJon When you say you have to have LED, just curious, why? Whats wrong with the lights that come with the vehicle?

    • @HondaJon
      @HondaJon  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s just they are Instant on and off and have a long life. So many times I see way too many vehicles with burned out incandescent lights.

  • @anthonyvega9992

    Do you plan on changing your high beams to LED on the accord and pilot? they're yellow.

    • @HondaJon

      I am. Trying to get some good ones. Definitely stay tuned. 👍🏻

      One more question. The ones that you put in the back are you gonna put them in the front as well?

    • @HondaJon
      @HondaJon  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I might use them. I have to see how much room there is for the front.

  • @alessab.9395

    Can this work on 2018 honda pilot?does it cause hyperflash if its left blinking in a traffic? I have oxilam installed in the front and causes hyperflash once turn signal stays blinking for 5 mins.

    • @HondaJon
      @HondaJon  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They do work but I believe all these type of lights will hyperflash if left on for that long. In day to day driving you won’t have an issue.

  • @pauljohnson7468

    Jon, do they make an LED turn bulb that doesn’t require dimming down with overlays? I know some you reviewed in the past were too bright, and I don’t want to take the time/cost to mess with overlays if I don’t have to. Thanks for all the great content!

    • @HondaJon
      @HondaJon  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks man. So far I’ve seen only bright leds. Seems like that’s the main thing. Make them brighter and brighter 🤷🏻‍♂️
