Wow, the description of the preparation of the roasted Passover lamb and the way it evokes Jesus on the cross was absolutely riveting. I wonder where and when that sacramental Jewish way of preparing the lamb first appeared in writing. Interesting that tomorrow (Feb. 3rd) is the feast of Saint Simeon, a Jewish Saint of the New Testament and a Catholic Saint who never officially became Catholic as there was no Catholic church when he died.
