- The fact that the Israelites had to wander in the desert 40 years because they failed in trusting the Lord, and Joshua finally led them across the Jordan to the Promised Land and conquered Jericho because he did trust the Lord, in the very same locations where 1500 years later Jesus was baptised and underwent the Temptation in the Desert, tell a powerful story about trusting the Lord vs. listening to the lies of satan.
Wonderful, reminds us that the critical point is trusting God. "Jesus I trust in you."
Wow excellent episode, easy to understand. Thank you 🙏
This history is so significant today. Man’s relationship with God is unchanged. And I really needed to hear this lecture Roy, about trust in God.
Great insights God bless you🙏
Thank God for your great conversion🙏

Hi! I’m just now joining. This is the first time I’ve been able to join you live. I’m currently listening from the start of the broadcast.
Bless you Ray 🙏🏼

Professor, thank you for the amazing history. I do have a question on a different matter. What kind of technology/program do you use to do these reaction videos combining screenshare and your video? God bless you.
OBS studio, which is free. It is a terrific program and encoder.
@@JewishCatholic Thank you! I appreciate it.
Hi Roy! I came into full communion with the Catholic Church about a year and a half ago. I came to a talk you did in NH in November and I’ll never forget your story it’s incredible and I tell all my friends about it. However, I was wondering if you could shed some light on a passage that I’m struggling to understand. 2 Samuel 24 and 1 Chronicles 22 when God sends the plague because of David’s census. I’ve been looking at a bunch of online sources to try and understand this, but they seem to each give me a different answer. I’m just not quite sure of the full story, and why the census was bad, I think it has to do with exodus 30 but I’m not so sure. Since you know more than anyone else I know about how the old fits in with the new and typology, I was thinking you would be best to ask. I’m not trying to put God in the question seat. I just am struggling to understand.
For the exodus trek, there is also a proposed route to Saudi Arabia (one of the Ron Wyatt places). Is this a viable Mt Sinai?
Is this possibly more of a modern speculation like the garden tomb?
I don't really know the specifics of it, but I tend to doubt novel interpretations.
