- On September 10th 2008, it will have been exactly five years since I began practicing Parkour.
This video features a selection of clips from all of the footage I have recorded during my training so far and the vast majority will be familiar to those who have seen my other videos. I wanted to put together something to look back on in years to come that reminded me of the first half decade.

You're right, I don't plan to make any new videos for quite a while now, I just want to get my head down and focus on improving.

So many of these Leicester spots look so different now. I think it's safe to say that the community here still practices 'true' parkour and I imagine you're the one to thank for that. The phrase 'watch this video by Blane' must have been heard a hundred times now.

I believe blane's control is the best control i have seen in parkour. David belle is very fast and strong, thats making his style so mad awesome but i seriously think blane's control is better then belle's.

Guys you shouldent even be compareing them to see whos better. Parkour ant about compareing and whos better, Its about shareing and the battle with in your self.

With all my true respect to Chris, he's so far from DB "level", that you probably can't imagine. Reason? Obvious, experience gap is huge, in spite of Blane's achievements. And imo for the next YEARS there will be no one, that would be close to David's agility. However Chris is on his best way to be in group, that will reach it first. Peace.
