Its magical......yoga really helped me to overcome period cramps ...i generally suffer from very painful cramps for 2 days...i have sleepless nights...so i decided to practice yoga ..i practiced yoga just 8 days before my periods and surprisingly i got my periods on exact date and without pain.... I am really thankful to you and advice all the women and girls out there who are suffering from period cramps should definitely practise yoga I hope my review will be beneficial .

absolutely can´t sign what she said. To me it has a lot to do with nutrition. To stop eating carbs and sugar, including too much fruit. All of this can´t be in the daily eating plan. Also milk products...may be because of milksugar...may be also because of hormones from the animal. But all of this gives heavy bleeding and heavy period cramps. Who else experienced this?
