Just ordered one, coincidentally it will arrive on my birthday. Can't wait to get back into fighting games. Gonna play UNI2 with this, I've been itching to try it ever since it dropped seemingly out of nowhere. Thank you for the review!
I bought not to long ago and I got because I was getting back into fighting games thinking that the stick would be a good beginner one and it works well
Nice to see you're still interested in modding a hori ex2. I agree you sould leave the sf4 stick stock and get a generic ex2 to mod. I did the same after buying a Dead or Alive 4 ex2. The modded one has a brook zero pi board, turbo button, detachable usb-c, sanwa buttons and black vinyl on the metal plate. Eventually I'll get art printed and a detachable joystick. Can't wait to see how yours turns out.
Hey. I've never used a fighting stick and looking to get one. Is the quality good? Is the accuracy of the stick good?I'm torn between this or the octa fighting commander for PS5. One thing to note is that i sometimes have difficulty landing diagonals on my regular PS5 controller. I've played fighting games (I'm no pro, but I'm decent). Would you recommend this to someone who wants to get into using a stick?
Maybe install Seimetsu 24mms but definitely need to route a hole on the bottom panel if you're installing an LS32 or newer Sanwa JLX. Hori king at Small form factor, still use my Namco stick ps1 w/brook adapters.
It’s the PCB. Not too many sticks that will have authentic PS5 game support gonna be a few bucks more. Average PS5 stick is around $180, this is only $60.
Word of caution to those who want to purchase this for Steam PC. Don't. You will encounter issues with rebinding the R2 button. It is too hard coded that even if you Remove Command, default input will still push through. If you replace it with a new command, Steam will simply combine both inputs. There is no workaround. Believe me, I've tried. Get any of the XBox versions instead. It will save you tons of trouble.

You have the sauce, be prepared for questions, lol.
@AllAboutTKK also, sorry if I've been spamming you. TH-cam isn't keeping my comment on your video and I'm not sure if you've received it.
@@AllAboutTKK I was trying to say thanks, lol. Hit me up if you wanna see how mine turned out or if you wanna talk in depth about it.

Would Qanba Drone 2 be larger than the Hori Street Fighter 4 you had on the right? It seems similar in size, no?
It would be larger.
I use there for my smaller kids to start out with
Super dope.

I do not think this is a first stick for someone looking for entry.
@@AllAboutTKK thanks for the response. Sadly, this is the only affordable option where I live.
@@AllAboutTKK one more question, does it have a headphone jack?
@@nikiboi2cool no sir, no headphone jack.

Yes.

Is this better them the ps5 joystick ? Will i get better with stick to play tekken 8?
More control than analog and D-Pad but you will only get better if you put the time in.

I appreciate the support!
This would be nice with the Asus ROG Ally and a monitor!
Bingo!
There is a TH-cam video that shows you how to install a Sanwa JLF lever into a Hori Fighting Stick Mini.
I’m going to review that and revisit this once I’ve attempted.
