Thank you very much for your videos. I used to learn French at the Alliance Française before and now I am learning it on my own. Your videos are really detailed and clear. They helped a lots. Merci beaucoup🥰
Great video! Honestly, there isn't a video of yours that I have watched that hasn't taught me something new. Your explanations are always clear and easy to understand. Thank you!
Excellente idée pour une nouvelle série de vidéos! C’est exactement ce que nous attendions. Merci pour votre travail continu. Je m’attends à recevoir les prochains livres. Ps: loving your new hair.

Horror stories is a very Hard NO for me too. Bless the Lord, you're not doing that. The world is tough enough as it is already, we don't need extra burden.
Thanks for the new video. Here's a question for next time. On Duolingo they sometimes pronounce the "s" on "plus" or "bus" and sometimes not. Is there a basic rule there?
Jude I will definitely include it next time but I also have 2 videos on this I think. If you do a quick search on my channel you should be able to find it :)
I am very beginner and I find something very difficult. Is there any rule when you are pronouncing a letter when not? Im just waiting for one of your book. I’m really looking forward to it.
There are rules around silent letters, most of the time, when the last letter of a word is s e t x d, it’s silent. Then you have the odd one such as “automne” where the m is silent. Thank you so much for purchasing my book and supporting my work ❤️
Just wondering, if are you doing online classes as well. I really love your explanations and just bought your dictionary as well. I also saw you are doing courses. As a beginner, which one should I start? ❤️
I am not able to speak french r I have little lisp and it is very difficult for me Can anybody give a sound substitute ? Does it sound like h like in Paris, merci Any guidance would be really appreciated
Hi Dylan thanks for the video. Just wondering if my earlier question is on the way 😅😅 on when we don't have to use article after de ? And when we don't use articles in general. Thanks ❤
Thanks for the very useful vedio. By Principal verb do you mean the infinitive and not the conjugated verb? I am a bit confused about it. Merci beaucoup
Marlène farmer has a song called ( plus grandir ) dylane.. The proper english translation for that meaning would be, if l am correct in my assumption would mean fully grown , is that correct dylane ?
If I may reply with my very limited knowledge of French "plus grandir" is actually the colloquial version of "ne plus grandir" meaning "not growing up any more". The French like to omit ne in colloquial speech.I hope Dylane will correct me if I am wrong.
@@tafa9097 Well spotted that is correct, and unfortunately you always have to remember and be aware of the omitting of the négation aspect of things to do with french, thats why l thought when the négation of ( ne ) isn't in front of plus grandi that then makes it ambiguous then, and makes you think ( plus ) before grandi on its own is positive, and not negative in that regard thats why most non-- native people would say je ne sais pas vraiment , tu m'as posé une colle la
@@BuffaloBuffalo-uc6zp First thanks for introducing me to a wonderful “Chanson” with lilting verses and haunting imagery. The hint that “ne” is before “plus “ comes from pronunciation of plus which is plu in negation and plus in affirmation. Plu rhymes with bout, cou ,fou etc.(French call one egg “ouf” and two eggs “ooo”) Pour Moi the idea in this song has a parallel in Ibsen’s “A doll House” only Ibsen’s heroine tears the limbs of the poupée apart figuratively while Farmer does it physically . Coming to think of it most of humankind hates to grow up praying (“ Plus Grandir, Pas mourir , Pas souffrir ) and that is why we have tragedies like climate change. However Farmer does grow up facing her grave as a wise old woman not a poupée. Thanks again for introducing me to this great masterpiece Merci beaucoup

1st time I saw you with glasses. Cute 😍
I don't wear them often because the frame is a mirror and some people find the reflection annoying, which I can understand :D
Horror stories is a very Hard NO for me too. Bless the Lord, you're not doing that. The world is tough enough as it is already, we don't need extra burden.
