Its do funny I never knew it got that COLD in part of Africa that you have to wear those heavy jackets. The most we wear here in Jamaica are just sweaters in the Winter months which are like January. And this only happens when it gets real Cold in the USA. and we get the residue of the weather affecting us, but we never really have to wear heavy jackets. The guy that sell the calbut sell those big slob that you can place around your home space them out to steps on and not in the dirt that would look nice around the house and you can plant grass between them
Shower curtain may not be right for your shower. They do sale curb shaped curtain rods. I would re adjust and swop the toilet to the shower area and vise versa.

To get the battery to fit in the clock properly, fold up some foil paper and fit it in the gap. Having a foil folded in the gap so it meets up with the battery. I hope you can understand and it helps. Blessing

Unfortunately I don’t think those rods are for your bath. You would need one much wider. It’s called a tension rod.
