What is the problem facing our Judiciary for taking decision against equal MSP to JCOs /OR. It is very shameful to our pay commissions that they found MNS have been taken more risks compare than JCOs/OR.
Injustice with the JCOs and OR by the pension committre. It seems committee is corrupt doing injustice.

अंतिम फैसला आने के लिए और बहुत लंबा इंतजार करना होगा. क्यों की OROP के लिए पहले ही सरकार ने 4 साल बर्बाद किए और अब अपने उल्टे सीधे तरीके से OROP दिया जा रहा है. जिसमे कई खामियां हैं और कोई खुश नहीं हैं. और अब समान MSP के लिए भी सरकार के पक्ष वाले वकील साहब अपनी दलीलें देकर इस मुद्दे को काफी लंबे समय तक खिंचते रहेंगे. और फिर कोर्ट का फैसला क्या होगा ये तो वक्त जाने.
अगर 2024 के लोकसभा चुनाव यानि अगले वर्ष फरवरी तक फैसला न आया तो समझो कि 2029 तक मामला टल जाऐगा। हां चुनावी फायदे के लिऐ पैदा की गई OROP2 की विसंगतियां में कुछ महीनों के अंदर थोडाबहुत सकारात्मक करके वर्तमान सरकार फौजियों के वोट अपने पक्ष मे करने की पुरजोर कोशिश करेगी और 2024 वाली OROP3 को 2029 के लिऐ ठंडे बस्ते में रख लेगी। सरकार देती भी रहेगी साथ ही साथ हमसे छीनती भी रहेगी। उदाहरण के तौर पर देखिए लोगों को सात लाख तक कमाई पर टैक्स में छूट मिली उधर पीछे से RBI ने 0.25% रेपो रेट बढ़ाकर अपना घाटा पूरा कर लिया। कोरोना काल का डीऐ ऐरियर का पैसा हमें OROP2 के ऐरियर देने में सरकार का भार हल्का कर रहा होगा।

*MSP is based on (1)HIGH RISK MILITARY TRAINING, (2)HIGH RISK JOB, (3)All India UPSC Cadre for Armed Forces*
*(1) MSP for HIGH RISK FIGHTER PILOT FLIGHT LIEUTENANT Rs 15,500*
.....MSP of LOW RISK AIRFORCE JAWAN CORPORAL who fill Air in Fighter Jets, fill Petrol in Hellicopters Rs 5200.
*(2) MSP for OFFICERS who undergo HIGH RISK MILITARY TRAINING of 4 - years at NDA is Rs 15,500*
....MSP of JAWANS who undergo 9 - months RECRUITMENT TRAINING is Rs5200.
*(3) MSP for All India UPSC Cadre for ARMED FORCES is Rs 15,500*
MSP for NON-UPSC CADRE Rs 5200.

MSP means Military Service Pay and then why this disparity ? MNS cannot be compared with soldiers fighting our enemies in minus 25 to 50 degree celcious temparature. Officers and bureaucrats are thinking that Soldiers should not be given any pension but without soldiers this nation can't be protected.

क्या खुशी की बात हुई । 5 साल के बाद कोर्ट नेरुदा है कि क्या pay commission का judicial review किया जा सकता है।इसके बाद ओर कोई सवाल पुछ लिया जाएगा। यानी तारीख पे तारीख होगी और कुछ नही।

Pensionary benefit of msp not given to reservist pensioners wef 1/2/2006. Minimum pay for army as per pay Matrix starts at rs 21700. Accordingly m.p works out to rs 10850. Whereas m.p. as per 7 cpc is rs 9000 only. Please clarify and position. Reservists also to get msp benefits. Thanks. . Reservist pensioner.
You have explicitly putforth the Basic pay of army combatent,holding a rank of Sepoy as Rs 21,700.Comparatively OROP-2 approves a lesser amt than projected in your version. Rightly pointed out the gross negligence of OROP-2.I support
