My dear sister we Muslims don’t have the concept of blind faith but that of certainty. So when my parents reverted nearly 50 years ago my mother asked why would God need a son or to kill that son to forgive when we can just forgive without anything? I will be his Father, and he shall be My son." Matthew 5:9 reports Jesus as having said, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God."
