1sk cintan manis
5 tangkai cili kering
2sb kelapa parut
bahan bahan selanjutnya
200ml minyak masak
1sb serbuk lada hitam
2sb serbuk cili
1sk serbuk kunyit
2sb pes halia bawang putih
1genggam daun kari
1sb garam
300g Bawang Kecil (dihiris dan digoreng terlebih dahulu)

I love all your recipes sbb byk guna bahan2 semulajadi, rempah ratus & herba. Kalau memang dah pandai masak tak payah guna komersial kiub pati ayam/ chicken stock yg byk kandungan bahan dgn nama yg pelik2 tertulis kat belakang.
Kannn..cara masak tu yg buat dia sedap ..ada org guna 'saka' tuk bg sedap😬😝
Boleh tak chef kongsi resepi cucur yg digunakan mee goreng ppassembor mee rebus rangup dan sedap bolehkan chef kongsi resepi untuk saya dah 58 th umur saya tak tahu nak buat lagi

Chef, what's the main difference between this and chicken varuval?
Varuval we use whole spices and fresh onions, but dry roast we use blended spices and dried onion instead. Flavor wise they do taste diffrent
