    Here we meet again with a new recipe..
    CHICKEN VARUVAL
    Chicken Varuval is a must - order dish for me if I eat at the Nasi Kandar or Indian Rice stall in Malaysia. I just love the taste of this flavorful dish. I’ve been cooking this dish so many times, and each time I tweak the recipe and came up with this. Finally I think , I nailed the taste of it. Try this out, as I am pretty sure you will love it.
    Ingredients for Chicken Varuval
    Chicken Marination
    1 kg - Chicken
    ½ tbsp - Salt ( as per taste )
    2 tbsp - Red Chill Powder
    1 tbsp - Meat Curry Powder
    ¼ tsp - Turmeric Powder
    2 tbsp - Yogurt
    ¼ tsp - Coriander powder
    Other Ingredients
    Cooking Oil ( as required to fry )
    2 - Cloves
    2 - Cardamom pods
    3 - Star Anise
    4 - Cinnamon Sticks
    ½ tbsp - Cumin Seeds
    1 tsp - Fennel seeds
    17 g / 6 pcs - Dried Red Chili
    12 g / 3 springs - Curry Leaves
    290g / 3 medium - Onions
    3 tbsp - Ginger and Garlic paste
    ½ tbsp - Salt ( as per taste )
    1 ¾ tbsp - Red Chili powder
    ½ tsp - Coriander powder
    ½ tsp - Black pepper powder
    ½ tbsp - Thick Soy Sauce
