We have 1 more build video left! There is a ton of work that goes into building a custom Jeep Wrangler for the King of the Hammers. In this video we tackle a ton of projects, and show what all goes into a custom build such as this. There really isnt too much "Jeep" left, and i tried really hard to make it look as close as possible to a full bodied jeep, while still keeping it a full on offroad race rig!

We need to get to crossbar so I can finally DRIVE it!!😆 Ellie is the BEST helper, love seeing you two work together!
she is your mini-me for sure!
Love the way she wants to help and the fact you use it to try help teach her
0:32 hey that's me in the bottom right 😂
This build has been really cool. I would like to see you build a 2 Door street/trail jeep like you were going to with this one.
Super cool to have your kid in the shop. Mine always ask questions when I’m working on my jeep and I do my best to answer them. Hopefully they grow up interested in jeeps!
i like the race stuff in the bottom conner
Looking bad a$$. It’s impressive that you kept the build steps in your head for the most part👍🏻. Great Video as always🎉
If you get contact arcing while welding things lying on the table try putting a 1/8 inch or so small piece of alum sheet under it while welding works for me gets a better contact so you get random arcing to the part from the table. great videos rock on
watching you and your daughter work together was awesome. my wife and I have 18 month old twins, so I can't wait until they can help me in the garage on the jeeps.
for future build videos, can you go over your tips and tricks for painting? how to paint different materials etc? also, your tips and tricks for the every day DIY guy trying to build his jeep on a budget.
Awesome job!
Damn!!!! We’re going MAD MAX
I am doing the same build on a zj grand cherokee but on trailing arms and this is awesome to see
I want to see more of Cassie and her smile.
race stuff in corner is cool!
Nice job! Always a pleasure.
Thank you
Can’t wait to see footage of cross bar! We haven’t been to that one and it’s one of the ones closer to home.
Why mount your fuel filler so high? Have you positioned it to a particular fueling system and individual doing the fueling? And why do you feel hydro bumps are preferred? Why did you use a clamp style bump can?
It just happened to sit in that spot, it’s not too hard to fill with a fast fill jug (takes about 10 seconds with those), and it needs to have a decent angle in the fill hose to prevent splash back.
Hydro bumps really help smooth out the big impacts and harsh bottoming out. The bypass shocks help with that as well, but a standard bump would be pretty rough on a race rig. I run hydro bumps on all my rigs and they are fantastic. Running the clamp style since thats all fox offers, since the coilovers and bypasses are fox I figured I’d keep the bumps the same. Personally I do prefer the threaded can style as it’s easier to adjust and fine tune.
👍
I have question... You towed the jeep out on a trailer(?), what about the exxtra things...tools supplies plus food and lodging? This is what's stopping me from going to the KOH.. I just know if I can...
Brought all the tools in the truck bed as well as snacks and whatnot. We rented an RV and you can either pick one up in the area or have it delivered.
Re upload to fix the broken race footage?
Yep!
Nice video. Jeep is looking awesome. What. power steering gear box you are using?
PSC big bore with assist
I have a question and a review of the offroad light you got from harbor freight. How did they work bright enough? Do you know when we could buy them? Last question do you have the part number for them. Thank you Don Edwards
Stay tuned! video on them coming very soon!
Why put the race footage in the corner instead of in a separate video?
There will be a full race video
