I'm in SSF
TLDR: Build has good damage, great survivability and amazing clear in high density situations. With that said it isn't the "fastest" mapper. Movement just feels slow although this can be solved with proper flasks / boots.

When I hear melee ignite my first thought is always "how do I get this to work with Oni Goroshi?" The buff this sword gives is just so juicy. And then I go down a rabbit hole to theory craft it into a crit build, because the sword has a fairly high base crit and last but not least I ask myself if I want to do the damn twighlight strand grind again? Most of the time the builds I can come up with are not good enough to put up with it though. So I don't even try most of them.

Yo - I'm thinking of playing this on SSF - how did you level this from Act 1 and what point did you transition to Infernal Blow of Immolation please? 😀

I just used ground spam / sunder and then switched over to infernal blow around act 9 when the mob density was high enough to justify IB.

just a good mapper? how is the damage on bosses or ultimatum?

Not of fan of the playstyle for bosses tbh. I don’t like ignite for bossing except for certain cases where the builds use the notable Defiled Forces to refresh the big ignite.
Ultimatum is prob pretty good for this build due to the great defenses / recovery.
