The review is decent. However, there are few points that I do not agree with. It is not a very fair review as you are always comparing to ME3 or SQ or other asian airlines. You should be comparing to other 4star airlines instead of 5 star airlines. Obviously there would be a big difference in hard product and soft product on ALL airlines. Singapore Airlines may have something that other airlines do not. But that does not mean other airlines are bad. Regarding the service length of 1hr30mins. As a crew myself and an Avgeek, 1hr30mins is really fast. Other airlines, regardless of the time of departure, have service in Economy class that can take up to 3hours. Personally, when I flew Cathay Pacific to Singapore not too long ago, the meal service started 2hours after take off. There is a reason why the airline (finnair) probably chose to serve a full meal instead of a light one in the beginning, and I can only think that it is because of the flight duration and if a light meal was served first, passengers would start getting very hungry not too long into the flight and that would not be a wonderful thing for any passenger, especially if they were sleeping and meal service already over. Just my two cents worth. However, still well done on the review. Just try to be fairer with future reviews. You cant do a review of which watch is better if you're comparing a swatch to a rolex right? Same thing applies here.
Sure thanks for your comment. Yeah I did not know Finnair is not a 5 Star airline. That said, if Lufthansa is a 5 Star airline Finnair in Europe would be 6 stars :) . Nice video. Im thinking if I should try this airline next year. Your video gives me the picture of how the service looks like. And really want to say that I like the fact how you presented your point especially about the meal service, seat and service.

Just realised by watching your vid that i must have been upgraded to 'plus', about 2 or 3 seat rows at the front of economy cabin, because the legroom seemed v generous. This was on bkk to hel
Will Mac Thanks for watching my video. Well the plus seats are definitely the ones to go for as they offer much more legroom though I think they are limited. Anyway not a particularly big fan of "extra legroom" economy as all seats in economy should be comfortable. For example, Singapore Airlines does have spacious seats on its A350 and so does Cathay. You kept on comparing AY with the middle eastern airlines and Asian airlines like SQ and CX. I think it is not a fair comparison. You should focus on reviewing the AY product objectively as it is and let the viewer decide on its comparison with other airlines. I would advise you to watch Dennis Bunnik’s videos - he is objective and talks about the airline product rather than comparing with other airlines. You can also improve on your diction - you tend to swallow your words and speak too fast. Listen to how One World Flyer speaks - slow and deliberate.

Regarding the point about comparisons, I do think that comparisons are good for the viewer and there are some things that Finnair does well like displaying the progress of the flight that others may not.
