Big thumbs up for your video! I got the 18-55mm kit lens with a used D3400, and love the sharpness and compactness! I later got the big brother 55-200mm kit lens to go along with it! Thanks for your information...
I think is pretty good for a kit lens, only the body material of the lens doesn't seem to be hi-grade. I bought D3400, it has this lens came with it, took sharp photos no problem, but I'm just an amateur photographer, professional know better. I also like street photography, it's so challenging. Thanks for the video.👍
Good video and excellent proof that even though the 18-55mm kit lens is known for its bad reputation, it actually has a lot of potential and the result will always depend on the photographer.
I own the same rigg. It is amazing the shots you can get with that combo. Try the DX f/ 35mm 1.8 lens, that way you don't have to push the ASA too far. Also Black and White is another universe with that camera. I enjoyed your video. THANKS for posting it.
Night time photography takes more patience i think but its great when you nail a good shot. And you're proving you dont need expensive fancy gear to do it.
Thank you so much for the support, that was the main reason I started this channel was to show up and coming photographers that you don’t need expensive gear to create awesome photos
@@Boogie.702, I traded in my D3200 for a D5500 after watching your video "Nikon D5500 8 Years Later". I later traded it in for a D7500 and almost immediately had remorse. Don't get me wrong, the D7500 is awesome but I preferred the vari angle screen on the D5500. My reason for getting the D7500 was the ability to use AF-D lenses.
@@trfisher78 yeah that’s my only complaint I have of my Nikon Z6II it doesn’t have a fully articulate screen which sucks when I’m trying to do ground shots

That pic of the sphere and the bus looks like they’re both integrated. Nice pic
Thank you, I didn’t think I was gonna like it but ended up being a cool image

I have this lens attached to my Nikon d3400, great little walk around lens.
I honestly can’t believe I had it in my storage collecting dust this whole time 🤦🏽
@@Boogie.702 im looking for a full frame equivalent to pair with my d610
@@pers4855 24-70mm 2.8 maybe?
@@Boogie.702 possibly, I was looking at the 24-120 F4 or the 24-85 f3.5 -4.5... like you said in one of your videos save the thousand dollars lol
@@pers4855 absolutely lol I got the 14-30mm F/4 for my Z6II

Yeah I used to own the 35mm 1.8 DX I might have to get another one I really enjoyed shooting with that little lens
Thanks for the love and support 🙏🏽
@@Boogie.702 that 35mm 1.8 DX shoots like a 52 mm on that cropped sensor camera. Shoot in B&W, you'll like it.
@@r1berto1 I’ll definitely try it out
