An incredible video Brian, felt as though I was there with you. I'm looking forward to doing these in three weeks, so this was a massive help to get a feel for the walk. How long was the bike ride in, and would you recommend a bike for this one? Also, what GPS are you using? I've been comparing a few recently and would love to get your view on the one you use in the videos. Looking forward to the next video, subscribed 👌👌⛰
Thanks very much for great comments and subscribing JP 👍 You can cycle in for about 5k and obviously the same out again, it's a great tarmac road mostly but then it's rocky and scree which isn't so good but you definitely save a fair bit of time on the bike 🚴♀️ as for the GPS it's a Garmin 65s which is pretty good the only thing I don't like is its not great for zooming in on an area but it has served me well and alarms when your off course 😀 hope this has helped, any more questions feel free to ask 🥾 atb Brian 👍
Brilliant mate. Took me right back to Friday. What an amazing hike and bike. My best day in the mountains ⛰️ yet loved it. Cheers for the great company 👍 😀 👌 😎
Aye typical Kev 🙄 you've obviously been there 😜 nothing worse than the weather ripping the pish out of you 🤣 good Munros mate 🏔 you'll enjoy them when you get round to them 🥾 atb Brian 👍
Brilliant video again Brian, I was over at Gulvain at the same time as yourself & Tam so experienced similar conditions. I really enjoyed those 2 hills when I done them. Still love your B/W clips, always adds a bit of atmosphere to vid. Keep playing about with the drone Brian and you’ll get more & more confident with it. When the clag cleared at times the views were sublime eh.? Well done again Brian. Frank.👍🥾🏔
Aye your right Frank when you had the views they were stunning 🏔 I will need to get more confident using the drone, still a bit apprehensive atm 😨 cheers Frank atb Brian 👍
Great wee video Brian! Fantastic views and some slick editing. I haven't been to these hills and you showcased them perfectly. The walk between the two munros looks lumpy and enjoyable. A nice wee bike ride in too. Did you get a bit nervous with the drone? Was it too windy? Enjoyed that mate. Cheers Paul
Thanks Paul 👍 cracking hills 🏔 a beautiful part of Scotland 🏴 brilliant path for cycling in up to a point and then it's shit to be honest, I walked down some parts on the way out scared 😱 in case I fell off 😳 still a bit tentative with the drone but hopefully get there soon 😜 atb Brian 👍
Brilliant Brian loved it 😍 ..What an epic hike 😍The scenery was amazing mate😁..Good editing as well mate..You should of woken the guy up in the Bothy.Far to late to lie in 😂 Cheers Robert
This has been so wonderful to watch - thank you! I walked the Glenfinnan Horseshoe last summer and the views were simply stunning (the sky was almost clear - lucky me!). It's nice being able to enjoy this beautiful landscape again while drinking coffee on my couch in Germany 🙂By the way, I did the same mistake as you guys and also overlooked the little wooden sign that shows the way up to Sgùrr Thuilm 😀
It's a fantastic walk Karen 🥾 I'm glad you managed to get the views 🏔️🏔️ I really enjoyed these two 🏔️🏔️ despite the clag 😭 good to know I'm not the only one who missed the sign 😂 thanks so much for watching and commenting, atb Brian 👍
