Pro tip to developers: the improvements that are most desired are spam blocking, battery life, full satellite (or Starlink) so the phone can double as a Garmin in remote places, and radar.

      Also, size.
Most phones are too big, purely because "but if you want to watch movies", my answer is get a TV.
I have big hands, but with a regular sized phone of today, I still have to use both hands to control it properly in many cases, it's fairly annoying.

I like the idea that everything can be holographically displayed in front of me without everyone around me seeing what I'm looking at. That would be cool. Then it wouldn't matter how big or small your phone is. It would just be nice to be able to watch something online and not have to hold my phone, watching it as a hologram.

The futuristic phone is one you don't hold, lose or stolen or damaged, it's HANDS FREE.
No charging ever needed, wireless transmitters built worldwide charge your phone 24/7
Future phones (30-50 yrs from now) will project massive holograms or similar tech thru your eyes or maybe face from implanted device, snap a photo or record video instantly with your eyes, think to yourself "open email" and your implant device opens email in front of your eyes. Move around the internet with your eyes, your eyes and thoughts are the keyboard/mouse.
The future smartphone IS YOU!! Your great grandchildren are going to LOVE IT!!

man the biggest problems with todays smartphones is the USB C port , cause the port gathers to much dust from everywhere , my idea is simple loose the USB C port on smartphones and make an ällmost portless phone , what i mean with allmost portless is , look at the galaxy ultra series from samsung they have a closed port for the S-Pen , the pen charges wirelessly in the phone port of the pem , so why not say screw USB C and say we make USB-P in my mind its the future of allmost dusless charging ports , to just use the pen holder as the charging port also for wired charging via that port , just make a charger part smaller then the pen , but just as thin as the s pen top part , but then make that part steel so it can transfer data and power through it, and also make it so that the steel part is not hollow but just hard , so if it has dust on it u can just wipe it clean . and make the future s pens in such a way that they can clean that port

Roll up phones won't make it very long on the market !
Oh sure, they will get the attention of a few customers, but these phones will be uncomfortable in the pocket AND awkward
They won't last in the market more than a yr !
A hologram phone that doubles or triples the size of the stream WILL, especially if the stream is excellent !
A person could buy a very small phone that is inconspicuous
to strangers but opens in hologram mode to a very large screen !
    Perfect for sports
    Or movies !
    Or any streaming .
Best in Office mode ! With a touch screen !

One type of cell phone this guy didn't show or talk about is a satellite solar powered cell phone that would not batteries at all and have satellite techology instead of limited cell technology for talking on it satellite phones let you talk anywhere around the world without worries about limited signals on mobile phone only in your area.

So we are supposed to stick a mobile phone to one side or the other of our poor skulls while the device is sending and receiving ..... No thanks I’d rather use a land line phone .

@tore springare Apparently you seem to live in or near land mines 😐. In my home country I have been around land mines ( anti personnel and anti tank) not to mention great big horned sea mines and they are no joke at all . Stay safe 👍

I'd rather have a holodeck than a holographic phone. At least the holodeck has walls for privacy. I don't want people around me seeing what I'm watching all the time. 😏
And yes, Barclay should have locked the doors.
