Excel Lookup Value from Another Column (in another sheet) with an Exact Match

In this video, we're looking at how to lookup values in another sheet and replace a Product ID with a readable Product Name. We want an exact value and if the value does not exist or errors, we want to return an empty or blank cell value.

One question, what formula or function should be entered if there is a "Product ID" in User tab, but for which there is not "Product name" or cell is blank in products tab. I had similar case and it returned value zero. How can I get rid of this zero.

Hello! Sorry for the late response. I created this video while I was zoned into Excel. Unfortunately, I don't have a response off the top of my mind, but it's probably an IF statement/condition. I don't use Excel enough on a regular basis, so often times, creating a video after I figure out a problem is a good way to document for the future and to help others.

If we are already mentioning A2, B17...why should we again mention 2?
Will it not be able to count the number of columns from A, B, etc.?
