I was reading an unauthorized Destiny’s Child book written from their vocal coach. This was the one (real name Ashley) who was let go when Matthew took over management. Now I see why. Her voice is incredible and she would have also stood out in the group.
If you listen to the beginning of Flawless they say her name in the clip. Most don't know she started with the ladies.

The song takes you through the characters lows and gives you a glimpse of the boundless love that she could have for her husband.
