    Thank you so much , I have taught for more than 5 years and this is the first time I hear about Gross Motor , God I love your channel .
    I think tracing letters on sand is one of the best ways to learn letter formation .

      Hi there! Adults can improve fine motor skills in exactly the same way children do. It's all about building muscle strength and improving coordination. It is important to have gross motor skills first. You may also want to check my fine motor activities videos 🙂

      A great one is freezing some toys (Lego etc) in blocks of ice and asking the children how we can get them out. You can give them tools like big tweezers, toy hammers etc. The main objective is to talk about melting and how we can melt the ice!
