I need to tell you that every time I see a new tutorial from you, I am beyond ecstatic. Your instruction is SO thorough and spot on that I compare you to others. You’re not as flashy as others, but what you do surpasses others so much that THEY should be taking tips from you-you have “flash” but it’s different and -to me-more real. Thank you for being you and being a team w/ Matt and your son and everyone else who makes your life and talent shine.❤
I don’t know how I missed this tutorial 6 months ago….but I’m so glad I found it today. I have need of an easy pattern that I can knock out in a week. My first thought was “Donna will have one!” I LOVE when I’m right! Thanks so much for the time and effort you put into making all of us better quilt piecers! I love his quilt!
Thank you, Donna! Another fun video. What I like about your tutorial is your color combinations and the fact you aren't trying to sell all of your tools. You make us want to try quilting the pattern.❤
100% agree, so many tutorials are about selling stuff; rulers, notions etc. Donna is the opposite and will show us how to do it with the most basic equipment. She also has great technique, she was the first person to explain the difference between ironing and pressing.
This is gorgeous. Donna we spent the day together and you didn’t even know it. I stitched up 48 of your log cabin blocks and watched you on TH-cam while working. The Springtime Romance is the kits I purchased. I can’t wait to get the borders on and loaded onto my Statler. I will send a picture. I appreciate your videos. Thank you! Marilyn
So inspiring! I think I’ll dream of a sewing room with a massive cutting and layout table, where bolts of fabric are shelved all around me. A nice woman named Donna, says,” Would you mind if I showed you a trick to sew with fewer mistakes?” Dreamland!
Anyone else looks to see what color Donna’s nails will be? lol. Love the videos. I’ve ordered Matt’s quilt kits. Love them. So precisely cut, I never had to recut like others. Thank You
Oh my gosh, I absolutely love this pattern and I am so glad that you revisited it with this new fabric collection. It is beautiful 😍. It's funny that you posted this , because I was just trying to decide what to do with 4 lacks of charm squares and 1 jelly roll of Brenda Riddle 'Sweet Liberty' fabric that I have been stashing awa y since last year. This pattern will give me the perfect opportunity to showcase those fabrics and use both precut selections. Yay!!!
I was tickled pink to see another video. Thank you. The softer colors really changes the pattern quite a bit. I can't decide which of the quilts I like better. I definitely can see the quilt from today in my quest bedroom. Not too much of a floral that it would turn men off and just subdued enough to go with the bedroom colors nicely. Thank you to the Jordan family for another quality video, I love these tutorials.
I really like Moda fabrics and Batiks too, lovely quilt! I think it would look nice in Christmas fabrics with green, red, black white and gold, something along those lines.
I need to tell you that you have been an inspiration to me. As a new beginner on making quilts, I have learned a lot. I have a Lotta quilt tops made. But the sad part is, I have no way of getting them Quilted. Lol
I love your tutorials. I like that you take a pattern you have previously made and remake it with different fabrics. I hope we will see your Lone Star wall hanging that you are working on on your next tutorial. I would also like to see any designs you have made to make a scrappy quilt. Thank you for showing us an easy way to make a quilt.
I really like the pattern and the fabric choices. Laughing how I can root for a thread color but of course your choice is different. So today I thought green was great and for sure you’d go w/light coral cuz it was less obvious on white…..surprise!!!!🎉😂
Can you make up Cozy Quilt Teardrops? I figured out the pattern, but it's always nice to see how you do it, helps bunches. The pictures in the pattern confused me, so I searched and found Daniella's presentation - it's not the same as you doing it, but it got me rolling.
I've had this pattern for a while, but never thought about using a floral/spring line of fabric for it. This turned out stunning, and now I can't wait to shop my layer cake stash! Thanks, Donna, for another fantastic video!
I look forward to seeing a new video drop from you! Thank you sew much for all of your hard work and time! I do have to laugh though at how different our taste usually is in fabric, colors, and thread! (Love these Fig Tree fabrics! Batiks, not so much! LOL) Although it doesn't distract from my learning so much from you! It's part of the fun of watching!
Thank you Donna…an absolutely beautiful quilt…love it in this fabric…it just reinforces to me the fabric can make or break a pattern. I adore the combo you made and it is easier for a newbie like me to quilting. Your videos give me confidence to make quilts. Many thanks.
I love the fabrics you chose for this version of the pattern. I think I like your new version better than the original. It’s very light and reminds me of Spring or Summer. It’s amazing how different the same pattern looks using different fabrics. Thanks for another great tutorial.
My computer replaced what I typed I meant to type I ám disable , recently had shoulder surgery, This is a good quilt to try and make. Sorry for the mistypes
At first, when Donna was laying out the blocks, I thought the white background was going to be too much. But when she selected her two borders, I changed my mind. What a versatile pattern! Thank you, Donna!
I’ve been watching older videos waiting on a new one from you, Donna. Thanks for giving me my fix. I love this pattern and the color choices. I guessed wrong on the thread. 😊❤
Hi Donna I'm going to be having my first great grandaughter in July I'm wondering if there would be a cute girlie 💗 pink pattern and fabrics I could buy from you to make special for her Thanks for all your shows I love them Linda
I like the softer colors. It made a beautiful quilt. I love Roses; but, I'm going to have to give up on growing my own. Last winter did a good job of killing my rose bushes. Some of them may pull through. Thank you.
This quilt is really beautiful. I'm just a beginner quilter and I'm always amazed how you get all your angles and points to line up. Mine look like I've sewn them after you play that game, you know the one, where you spin around with your head on a baseball bat! I'm hoping I get better!! Fingers crossed, time and practice I guess!! Thanks again for all your help. Love your video tutorials! ❤
What a thrill to see a new video from Miss Donna and the rest of the Jordan’s. I’m not one to choose delicate pale-ish fabrics but I think you may have converted me. This quilt is lovely and crazy easy! Thank you Donna.
What a beautiful quilt Donna!! Love the pattern. It looks very intricate, but in fact, it is quick and easy to stitch up! Just what I like sometimes. 😊 Thank you so much Donna!! ❤
Donna it is always so nice to see a new video up from you. The quilt today is beautiful. I loved that 3 layer cake pattern. So easy. Thank you for teaching.
Oh Donna, what a surprise to see a new video so soon and on a Tuesday. I LOVED the colors of the original video and still watch it when I need a moment. However, the colors of this quilt is so unexpectedly beautiful. Happy Mother’s Day 💝 to ALL. You got me with the GREEN thread, I just knew you were going with the peach. 🍑

Donna, you did it again! Another gorgeous quilt! You have such a good eye for matching the pattern to the fabric selections.
I think the green thread was the perfect choice to quilt with
I completely agree.
Me too. Whenever I make something that needs to be quilted, I always choose a thread that shows! Not too much but enough to be noticeable!
Oh my gosh, I absolutely love this pattern and I am so glad that you revisited it with this new fabric collection. It is beautiful 😍. Hi there…. Always happy to quilt with you😁
Can you make up Cozy Quilt Teardrops? I figured out the pattern, but it's always nice to see how you do it, helps bunches. The pictures in the pattern confused me, so I searched and found Daniella's presentation - it's not the same as you doing it, but it got me rolling.
