A friend introduced me to Quacks (and many other fine games!) and first time I played, I played with the pieces in palstic coin cases. Cost about £20 for enough to coinify the tokens and was well worth it. It's a bit of an investment over the top of the game itself but super effective at keeping those pieces pristine :D
You know I wasn't really interested in this game before, despite hearing lots of good stuff about it, but you've made me want to give it a go now! Looks super neat.
As for luck, it's not all about luck, it's all about choices for how your bag is constructed. Yes, you'll be lucky at times, you will also be unlucky so it's swings and round-abouts
Nothing wrong with a game where Luck determines the winner, if the game is a push your luck game

You've got to risk it for the biscuit!
And they are delicious!

That's awesome! It's been one I've been pulling off my shelf a lot lately.
Great video and I love the mushroom + pumpkin combo at book 1. :)
I've never won in this game since I bought it more than a year ago, LMAO. My friends enjoy it a lot though!
