    I found Christa at the beginning of the pandemic. After couple of years of not working out and dealing with depression and anxiety, her workouts challenged me and made me stronger and more confident. Thank you, Christa!

    I absolutely LOVE this workout -- it makes me feel so badass and strong. But today, after a few weeks of serious pain and other nonsense from my endometriosis, I was feeling so down, and like my body was turning against me. This workout was just what I needed. Even if I had to modify and stop to let the pain pass, it brought back some confidence and reminded me that my body is amazing and capable of more than I know. Thank you, Christa!

    always a mental game with these longer workouts but this was so fun! LOVED the all kicking rounds 😃😃😃

    I used to hate working out and I therefore gained a fair bit of weight unfortunately and did not feel good about myself mentally or physically but now that I've found you Christa, working out is so much fun! I love kickboxing and boxing, I love B&B, I love your popsugar episodes. The way you workout is so fun and so effective I get an amazing mental and physical workout and I have a great time! In a few weeks I should start seeing physical results to go along with my mental ones and I will have you to thank!

    Everything hurts but I couldn't be happier! Christa, your workouts are a treat (to say the least). Never thought I'd be smiling and laughing while getting my ass handed to myself, or that I'd say 'Yes!' when an instructor on video said "Are you ready?". I love your energy so much. :"D

    This workout is T O U G H but once you get through it, you feel AMAZING!! I've been doing Christa's workouts since January, I'm two months in and I've noticed not only my physical health, but my mental health has improved significantly.     Oh wow I got through that 😮🔥🔥🔥 I am definitely not used to workouts this long and so I am so happy and proud of myself for getting through that and actually enjoying it! The combos were so fun! But those final burpees were cruel 😂😂

      Theres a lot of factors that contribute to this like height, weight, and the type of exercises being done. I recommend using a fitness tracker to get an accurate answer! 🤗❤️

    First I love your workouts but you should really consider not playing song that are offensive (such as ones that say god d@mn). I love how you don’t talk through them but again hesitate to do your workouts because I am afraid of the music choices such as today.
