    Now the key to doing this as you you have an old oven electric put the whole thing in the oven and heat it up to about 250-300 maybe 350 but key thing is this put the guilde in the freezer. And sunning makes a real good liquid in a spray can for putting guides in if you don't have that you're use some knocker loose. You may get the valve guide but what if your fractured. We used to do a lot of antique Harley work at the shop. Even making bronze guides out of old boat shafts.

    You should try a penny on the top of your bottle jack to use as a soft surface and lose the block aluminum just a suggestion

    An ARBOR press works well when you bang on them they break

    I wonder’ back in the day I used to put my fliyweel in my oven for a half an hour to get the starter ring off

    Freeze the guides in the fridge and they almost fall in
