My RE0 wishlist: -Keep Billy and Rebecca’s designs the same EXCEPT I want to see Rebecca wearing her white Beret from the N64 unreleased version, but have her lose it by the end of the game. -Keep the game hard, back in the day RE0 stood out as being a harder version of RE1 Remake and I’d like them to keep that. Hard enemies, less ammo, the works. -Item box. -Change Marcus’ design, make him either more creepy or more entertaining because the singing anime man is just cringe to me. -More interesting level design, improve and change some of the area layouts to make them more memorable. The train is perfect how it is but the training facility could use some visual upgrades.
I think they might have the Storage system from RE4 Remake, that way you don't need the storage boxes when the weren't there originally, but still works as a place to save and finally store your items.
if they remake 0 and cv, without tank controls and the fixed cameras, it would be awesome. cv is the only resident evil game that i havent beat. i got to the plane boss fight, but didnt have the ammo or health to beat him. i finished 0, but hated the no item box. so much backtracking if u drop the wrong items.
Hmmm, I'm confused why Capcom would remake RE0 before Code Veronica. CV is better than RE0 in every single way and is more deserving of a proper remake!

What I'd like to see is the train and management training facility be expanded with more cars/rooms. More documents that add to Marcus' personality and his research into the leeches and progenitor. Zombies(train excluded) won't despawn(more on this later...) For the leechmen, i could see Capcom revisiting the earlier concept where the the leechmen had core leeches that if destroyed, the rest would disperse. I do like the treatment plant and that Capcom tried to connect it with the lab but they need more time to adequately connect the locations. The latter half of the game could introduce crimson heads and give us an optional crimson head Edward encounter. Canceled weapon parts and enemies like Wesker's monster, D.A.L.I. or hangun parts B I'll leave to others to speculate on. Really what I'd like to see in a possible 0 remake is an added scenario where we take control of Enrico and uncover what he saw in Umbrella's lab. End it off with him being injured and left in the room where he dies in RE1.
Assuming that RE0 Remake is an over the shoulder camera, there will be more agility and manouverability than the tank controls allowed so hopefully enemy attach ranfe wont be so much an issue if you can react quick enough. i doubt they'll add a dodge option like RE3. might make is too easy.
I love the eliminators in RESIDENT EVIL 0, they are hilarious because they are so tiny and cause mayhem hopping off walls . They are hard to hit on tank controls though

We need a good slow paced tv show on this universe. It should be accurate but doesnt have to be identical to the games, because we would all know exactly whats about to happen. I dont know why its so difficult to make it
I can't tell you how many times I forgot the damn hook shot and was stuck in the game, after the giant bat boss fight. And let us all not forget that the Gamecube system had it's limitation for data space. So the inventory system was just, bare bones for a reason other than gameplay difficulty.
What I would keep: original music from RE0. The same story concept. Co-op from RE0. Ability to drop items, atmosphere, mutated animals as bosses and even enemies. Improve: more character development and backstory of Billy Coen and keep personality from RE0 but add a bit of Umbrella chronicles hear and there like after he tells her the truth to get her comfortable after rescuing her from the fall and the Africa flashback, more bravo team scenes and their lead up to RE1 and even connect with RE2 and RE3. Add item boxes (despite what I said about leaving items, just for occasion), More time on the train such as ( have lights go on and off and make the scorpion battle more ferocious, deadly and terrifying) and to go explore the arklay mountains and see more mutated animals outside and new encironments. See more explanations like when scientists created mutated animals just like how Ada Wong explained the giant alligator in Re2make and add new ones like maybe cut content from other games. Have players have local co-op similar to RE5-RE6 and when going solo, have Rebecca and Billy have their own story and areas to explore while still progressing through the story. Have Rebecca fear Billy Coen at first and have a hard time trusting him due to him being a wanted felon for killing 23 people until he rescues her from when she is falling down the hole and he tells her the truth. Have 11-year old Sheva Alomar witness the 23 people murdered while she is in hiding in Africa of 1997 flashback and seeing Billy Coen telling his boss not to attack the innocent village. At certain points of the game, for example the arklay forest, have the players see and hear bats as a sign of the giant bat boss appearing when at the church. Make the church bigger and when fighting the bat boss, have players use lights to blind it as variety of ways to defeat it. Show more scenes of Albert Wesker and William Birkin and keep the same scenes but improve on them and expand more of them. Similar to Resident Evil Death Island, have Marcus’s death occur at the beginning of the game but do not show Wesker and Birkin until the scene replays again when Marcus tells Rebecca and Billy about his assassination. And also show more of young Jane Marcus in the 50’s with Oswell Spencer and Edward Ashford. Show death variations like RE4 (2005). After beating RE0, have an epilogue where players play as Rebecca at the Spencer mansion and see her side of the story escaping with Chris, Jill, and Barry in the helicopter. And have Rebecca’s personality from RE1make in RE0make for consistency. Have Billy combine herbs since he went to the military and possibly have him sneak and crouch like Leon in RE4make since he had more combat experience. Have the umbrella research center expand by making it its own and not feel to identical to the Spencer mansion. Add remixed music but have original OST as an option. When seeing the leech Queen, do not have him sing opera music but rather have the opera music play on a radio similar to Jeepers creeper film how they say when you hear the song, that’s when the creeper appears. The opera singing can improve. And last, keep the intro showing Raccoon city, Sheena Island and Rock Fort Island as references. And make it a better remake that makes you appreciate the original.
This won't happen becaus it's too good of an idea, but combining RE0 and RE1 remakes as a single game would be amazing. lore-wise they're interconnected like 2&3. So starting the game out as Bravo team to investigate the initial reports then being called out as Alpha team to investigate the missing Bravo team would be awesome. A 2 Disc game wouldn't bother me solong as nothing is cut. The bigger the game the better. It's time these game studios that thinking outside of the box and really start providing the fans what we want and value for money. I really like RE3make (save for a couple of issues) but it's way too short of campagne.
0, 1 or CV are all great news for me, whichever is announced. Anything else is a reluctant buy. Happy wjth 2, 3 & 7 lately. Happy w Silent Hill 2. Happy w Alone in the Dark. We need some of these to turn back intk franchises & Make PS5 Great Again.
Coop horror sounds cool. But don't think that would be on this game. However, I can't wait for resident evil 5 remake which is more likely to have coop like the original. And if the change the game to be darker with more horror (like re4) then it would really be coop with horror.
Man I can´t wait to see the Lurker Frogs new model in the RE0 Remake, that fucking giant bullfrog was a nightmare in RE0. Capcom should think about a multiplayer game kinda like GTA in Raccoon City in the style of Outbreak.

Sorry but RE1 should be first. Its the game that started it all. RE0 may have been the first in the story. But RE1 and the impact it left since its release is far greater. That game should be first. But they should also combine both games story somehow. It would make sense given how close both games are timeline wise to each other.
Re 0 has good graphics but the item system is horrible. The story sucks ass and they need to remake re 1 and skip 6. A 0 remake will be a big disappointment for Capcom

No its time for RE5 Remake. We should get a multiplayer game next. RE 0 is by far the worst game in the series and nearly killed Resident Evil.
