Hey mama. You should only use salt in the water. And you shouldn't rinse your pasta. The sauce will stick to the pasta better instead of being on the bottom of your plate. I learned this from many famous chefs on TH-cam and TV. Just a suggestion. Love all your videos.
You should have added crushed tomatoes and celery onions fresh garlic and cook down in separate pan and then added to your meat and sauce along with vino no water I can take any jar of spaghetti sauce and doctor it up and you would swear I made the spaghetti sauce from scratch But seriously your sauce is too watery
What kinda spaghetti cooking is that i found when i boil pasta any type i put little dot of oil then when done rinse with cold water leave it let all.water draine out as for the meat thats tooooo wartery bit wired adding vegetables on top my children will never eat it i dont mind i would put black pepper paprika hint if tamric in meat then the pasta sauce. Mix sprink cheese on top while its hot so it melts on its own
