Recipe I made up but seems like the video.
- Mix butter and qataifi dough (which is normally used in an Arab dessert called kunafeh) or shredded phyllo dough, if u don’t have the dough, u can use vermicelli noodles and fry it so it’s brown and crispy,
- mix the fried qataifi dough or shredded phyllo dough or vermicelli with pistachio sauce or pistachio dip or paste, anything that’s green like that and tastes like pistachio
- use a chocolate bar mould or a plastic chocolate bar shaped container and pour melted chocolate in the chocolate bar mould
- u can set it in the fridge or freezer so the chocolate holds its shape well and isn’t messy but it’s ur choice if u have patience or not. - If u don’t have patience just put the pistachio dough mixture straight on the melted chocolate, it’s gonna be messy though.
- cover the pistachio dough mixture with another layer of melted chocolate
- let it set in the fridge, or in the freezer if u don’t have time.
- it should crack like that and have similar taste and texture

I actually grabbed Ambala Pheni Fried Vermiceli because I thought it was kataifi. I toasted it (even though its already fried) with butter and used it with pistachio butter to fill the chocolate mold. It wasn't too bad and gave me the crunch effect.

WHAT ?? this chocolate has been around in Belgium for over 20 years ?!!!! You can buy them in Bruges made by Brown Sugar company..... and suddenly it is Dubai chocolate LOL the internet is full of shit.

That's how people know it. More people went to dubai than belgium. Since no one posted this ever it turned out this way
