There's a certain smoothness to his voice while having his vibrato still be heard, He could've easily gone the route of every other male singer and done a crooner style, with deep vibrato- but honestly I think this stands out more, it breaks the mold and Schlatt's voice is uniquely built for these kind of songs, and I say this as someone who's been listening to and making music for about 10 years.
A great rendition of the Dean Martin 1959 Let it Snow! Awesome, almost nostalgic, take on a great version. Makes me happy to see oldies but goodies being embraced and recreated by such a great vocal talent.
fun fact this was recorded immediately after schudolph the red nose reindeer had to be executed by schlatt due to a case of chronic wasting disease. listen closely and you'll notice that schlatt was able to block out any and all negative emotions relating to this incident during the recording session. truly a whole different beast.
