She's a great intern, she's got a good mentor, definitely a keeper 🙂
Yes, he sure is!😁
When you're intern learns a little more, You can relax a little more. You deserve it.
Love that she showed everyone that a Country Girl can look good and still get under a Bush hog and fix it! And get out, still looking like a young Lady!!!!
Thanks for sharing your days work. Take care.
Teach um young. Life lessons and time spent together, great memories being made Buddy. 💪
Someone new to help you out how wonderful. She is doing a great job and has a fabulous teacher. So much cleared on the farm since the beginning. Still watching and still enjoying.
Bravo for teaching your daughter how to use the equipment well. She's doing a great job.❤😊
Now Robert, don't rush the intern ! Let her do it so she can learn . You go girl !
What a great worker your intern is!! She knows how to work!!!
Your assistant is amazing! You go girl! Robert, please save the tree she asked to take down. Don't deny her the satisfaction.
Cordelia what a pretty name for a pretty girl. You are doing a great job on the Old Byrd Farm. It is good to see a teenager who isn't afraid of working. And Robert good for you for teaching her.
Great job, Intern and Robert. She did a wonderful job. It's always nice to see places that are overgrown cleaned up.
Great job, Cordelia! You really picked the tractor driving up quickly, and you are getting the camera work down, too! And not even afraid to crawl under the bush hog, which, I agree with Robert, is very unsafe and a terrible idea. And, Robert it was so nice to see your patience with teaching-not every girl who grew up on a farm is lucky enough to have that! I hope we see more of Miss Cordelia on the OBF!
She did a great job! Got a pretty good teacher, too!❤
She is going to be a future farmer. The field looks great. You have made tons of progress on the farm. Nothing like working on a farm
I'm too scared to try driving my husband's tractor so YAAAAY for your Intern! She's out there whoopin that wisteria!
Your chickens will love those buggy greens 😊😊
Give her a couple more days and you have lost your tractor 😁 Good job girl👍👍🇺🇸
Well done Cordelia. Ty Robert.
Great to have an intern and she appears to be a good worker! Looks so much better after mowing.
Hey Robert you got a "keeper" for an intern!
She is doing a great job. She can do anything cause she wants to. Sending the best to her!!! 💓
It looks so good. She did a great job mowing.
Now that's a busy day and great job by the intern 👏 👍
She’s so cute, great job!! We need an intern interview.
Farm intern‼️That's so cute ‼️
I think you should keep this intern my friend may be the best understudy since Cody was there.
Good job imtern keep the old man on his feet.
Cordelia, great job hon!!!!!
Robert has a great intern who has done a fantastic job of helping you out
It’s always a good idea to disconnect the power to hush hog from the tractor while you’re under there too. Just in case…
Great job Cordelia!!❤️🤗🐝
Great instructor and great student!! She did an excellent job!! 👏 Results are amazing all cleared and cut!
Thought I recognized the Old Byrd Farm Campground. Your daughter is not a coward. Dad is obviously proud. Daughter is just happy to hang with dad. 👍👍👍
Not daughter. Intern.
The owner of the mysterious shoes from the last video.
Your intern did an awesome job and not afraid to get dirty..
Love this video. You are a great teacher with lots of patience. Your helper is cute and a fast learner. Cant wait to see more if her.
Glad to see you with a helper on the farm!
Love❤your assistant!
And ...Support your local historian and your bush hog !!😅😅
The chickens will love the greens
I love that she is doing this. Great job Intern!
She did a great job ! Got a good teacher too you have come a long way Robert it is looking good ❤❤❤
Your assistant is very pretty. She does a good jobmowing.
I absolutely love the way she came riding up in there on your tractor. 😂
And by the way, you are doing an excellent job clearing your land, and it's really making your property look awesome! I live by a river and get vines behind my house. I don't know what kind they are, but they're annoying and expensive to have cut back each year.
Love seeing you teach your daughter.
Excellent work.
Solute to Cordelia. She's doing great! You're a great teacher/trainer.
Your intern did a great job! I bet her family and friends are excited to see this video. She really shines!
I loved seeing you get a chance to take a break while the work was being done. I'm sure she was thoroughly enjoying herself.
Your field is looking so good! So many possibilities for out there. I'm sure you've already got some ideas.
Great job Robert an your lovely intern. I am truly happy how you've turned an ugly jungle into a paradise! ❤
I know Ive been under equipment too but I think Id have put some logs or wood blocks under there just to instill good habits. Love all the updates of the farm
reminds of the song Poke Salad Annie from the late 60's, yes I am that old....traing them young I see
Very good advice 100%, accidents do happen.
My grandson loved the tractor going fast😂
Another adventure, today with your FArm Intern a worthy addition to the farm team. Onward!
like the old saying, "Do as I say, not as I do!" always more hidden treasures being unearthed on the farm including barb wire, Good teaching for the young folk. Very patient with Miss Cordelia, asset to the OBF, did your Mom find anymore interesting things while going through hallway papers?
Greens are definitely best for the fall/winter gardening . If they make it through the summer without going to seed, they will do far better in the cooler weather. Bring planted in partial shade may should help keep them from bolting. The cooler weather will also take care of the pests. I usually dont even try to grow collards or any other brassicas in the hot weather.
I enjoy watching the mowing process. Its amazing how the areas open up with a good mowing. I could use a tractor just like that!
Great job intern!!!!
Her logic is sound, "We had to go buy a 'whatever this is' because Robert ran over wire" ! 😂🤣💟
It looks great.
Robert you are right. We ate at the Poke Weed Creek, Diner last night. The food was really good. Nice little place.
I have one poke weed that grows under my deck. It comes through the cracks. Every year I get someone to pull it out. Every spring it comes back. Thirty years.
Great intern! I hate running over fence wire with my Kubota mower. It is a pain to get out.
Girl Intern FTW! Welcome, I hope we see lots more of you. You and Robert did a good job out there today. Too bad the Collards were all bugged out, i wanted to learn more about them. The only collards I know of around here are at Cracker Barrel. Wish I could enjoy some at the Poke Weed Cafe, but I'm on the other side of the Rockies. Lovin the videos, thank you for feeding us so well with content, here and on the Adventures channel.
How great to have a farm helper.
There is a song called Poke Salad Annie, maybe it is about the poke weed.😮
Gator’s got your granny.
Yup, that’s what Tony Joe White was singing about
The farm is looking good. Nice you have help now.
Hello and she did quite well and as always thank you for sharing with us take care 😊
She did great!!😇🙂Aww, too bad about the collards, nasty bugs. We need an update on the front garden, whatcha' got growin'? We've got a bumper crop of tomatoes here. Hope you get some rain soon. 💞from Ky. Have a great weekend.
I enjoyed this, a LOT! I'm happy to hear Cordelia's name, I thought I was gonna have to resort to calling her Sweet Sue!---And oh, the cicada music. Memories of living in Albuquerque.
There was a song called Polk Salad Annie, by J.J. Cale
It was written and sung by Tony Joe White.
Good job Cordelia .Ur a faat learner pretty soon yiu will be showing Roberf up lol.oh by the way Robert you did a great job also .👍lol
Very impressive, nice job!
That thing to cut the barbed wire is called a “wire cutter”. You are too cute. ☺️
Robert you are a very trusting person having a young person follow you with a tractor with the bucket aimed at your back 😀! Some of my fondest memories are getting to drive my aunt and uncle's tractor when I was a kid. It really makes you feel special to be trusted to do such!
I'm wondering if anyone pays attention to your videos or what you've said in the past. Is that your daughter? Where's the other Robert? Anyway...you're a good teacher!
I know right! lol thanks! I would have loved to have been driving a tractor around when I was a kid!
Does that intern have a CDL? LOL Glad to see her learning how to drive ha ha.
Those are worm eggs. Keep them covered in seven dust. Get a baby diaper or cotton bag, put some Seven Dust in it and shake it on top of the collards Try to get it under the leaves too. That’s where the worms hide . Just trying to help. Great video.
Robert,
After Cordelias finished mowing , you can have her slop the hogs and clean out the stables....WAIT!
You don't have hogs or horse stables.....:)
Lucky Her:)
Cheers,
Rik Spector
She uses some of the same mannerisms as my daughters
😅She did a good job!
to key bugs off of your collards and greens sprinkle with red hot pepper.
Might the chickens appreciate the buggy collard greens?
Hey Robert is this your daughter? She is a good helper!!
No. She's an intern.
Good job 👏
Great job.
Good intern
Thank you for sharing!
Pick them for chickens😊
A chip off the Old Byrd Farm block.😀
Cordelia seems like the name of a beautiful southern belle who should be sipping sweet tea on the porch of a manor house.
💞
That's why you let the chickens out to scratch and eat bugs in your garden ! They thank you with fertilizer.
Great video, Robert. I'll be pleased to come and sit in the shade and watch you mow anytime! [Seriously, she's doing great, and no doubt, learning a lot!]
Great job, fun to watch. Do the chooks and Guineas eat the stuff you were picking? Kate from OZ.
Ever thought of propping up the bush hog when you have to work under it? I'd hate to have to look for another Robert when Robert #1 gets squished.
😊❤
I bet if you turn your intern loose on the tractor, you won't mow again. Pleased to see her making a few appearances on the OBF.
Poke sallet has a big old tap root. Dig m out. Pull the seedlings by hand. Those roots will grow year after year. You have to admit the berries are pretty.
💯👍
That girl is great she is not afraid!!!
Robert, get a wood block or a stump,,,NEVER trust tractor hydraulics to keep it up.
I like that old M-416 trailer. What kind of shape is it in, and would you be willing to sell it?
