    I am understanding the problem to work...i think it is right coze here the activity is going on

    • @EnglishWithAshish
      @EnglishWithAshish  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      To understand is a state, not an action. We don't and shouldn't use it in continuous forms.

    Sir is there any diffeence between object of a action verb or stative verb?
    I clean this place ( action is acted upon place)
    I like this place (no action but still place is object of like)

    • @EnglishWithAshish
      @EnglishWithAshish  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, the nature of the verb is the only difference.

      Believe shouldn't be used in ING form. Stand can be. It's an action verb.

    1 Look- stative verb.
    2. Care- stative verb.
    3. Mean- Dynamic verb
    4. Thinking- Dynamic verb
    5. Consists- stative verb
    6. Seeing - Dynamic verb
    7. Seems- stative verb.
    Please tell me my mistakes.Looking forward for your reply 😕!

      In the third sentence, the main verb is BEING, which is a dynamic verb. MEAN is an adjective that modifies the subject.
      Apart from this, you got all of them correct. 🤚
