We went up to the top of Mt Haleakala, on Maui, to view the sunset from above the clouds. Absolutely stunning! If you are ever on Maui we highly recommend it.
We were at the park entrance around 4:30. Stopped at the visitor center for a bathroom break and were at the top parking lot around 5:00. The top parking lot was about half full when we got there.
