Please note this that This song is composed in Sanskrit but sounds 💯 percent Telugu! ( As a Telugu speaking person I am also astonished about this)

@@gayathrinadella2380 It is pure Sanskrit. How do does one know that. Because there is not one word that is not in Sanskrit, and that being the older language, the words are from Sanskrit.
It sounds like Kannada too. You understand almost every word. So basically we have similar languages with same origins Samskrutha.
@@AB-yp7ncYes Bro what you said is 100% correct. It is pure Telugu (Grandhikam) not any other language. Moreover Tyagaraja Swamy written all keerthana in Telugu only. Some may be in Sanskrit also. But majority in Telugu only.

Naatta ragam is one of my favourite ragams. It’s perfect for writing worship songs like this.
I can imagine this song playing during Rama’s coronation after returning with his wife, brother and animal companions to Ayodhya. The lyrics are brilliantly written, not to mention the composition of the whole piece. Thyagaraja was truly gifted.
I don’t think any of us can appreciate Sooryagayathri enough for her singing. She makes it look so easy. God bless her 🌟

I am a telugu born with keen interest in oriental telugu literature. I love listening classical music but i am a donkey like, and cant even make out antmy raga.
Tyagaraja Swamy wrote in telugu. Surprisingly telugu language had adapted a great deal of words/vyakaranamm (grammer) from Sanskrit. Besides tgat, many telugu words are "Tatsama" (means equivalent to sanskrit words).
There is a strong arguement tgat tge "Atcha Telugu" (meaning shudha/pure) telugu is disappearing. With the penetration of adapting english words is a silent killer too.
I am seventy years old and feel sad.
But, Tyagaraja did his kritis in telugu/Sanskrit, mostly in Telugu.
