Never underestimate the role grandparents play in your kids’ lives. My kids are 22, 19 and 15 and they have lost 3 grandparents already. They miss them so much and wish they had more grandparents in their lives. We always talk about them and I tell stories about them.
And never forget that you two need time together as a couple. I have been married for 24 years and I treasure the alone time I spend with my husband. It is good for kids to see that their parents are not only dedicated to the family but to each other.

Haha! I’m glad that I’m not the only one that’s done this! We have a playroom upstairs that is open to the staircase (no door). We used an old RV bunk bed mattress for years to keep the dogs out of my daughter’s toys before I found the perfect wooden gate that has legs (because I don’t want to screw anything into my walls) that fit across it from Aldi. 😂

Watching your videos gives me baby fever BIG time. Until I see baby girl dancing on the chair and my mom anxiety reminds me I don't miss that scary stage.😂 I spend two years trying to keep my kids in a bubble, it doesn't work and my anxiety is just stuck overload. You guys have such a beautiful family and the fact you all acknowledge how blessed you are makes you that much more admiral. Can't wait to see your future tick tocking.😂😂 ❤

I love your video and I definitely want that sweeper! What is it? I love doing the Get it up dance! Music has always been big in our family! I swear it brings a family together! My son took piano lessons starting at 5 and he is now 19 and had a pleasure to play for our churches, weddings and even got to go up on stage with a famous man and played with him in front of thousands of people!
I’m the same exact way when it comes to getting nervous in new situations like a new restaurant or class or anything! You’re not crazy 😉

I love you guys, the Stauffer's and K Family Vloggers. BTW paint rocks with acrylic paint. You can also use a blow dryer to speed up the drying process.

We have terrible mosquitos too but we got our yard sprayed this summer and it’s been amazing!! Not one bite all summer. And it’s safe for children and dogs! Should definitely look into it.
We will have to do that next year
The painted rocks were a big thing here in Northern Kentucky. My son loves going to parks to find them... and he lived revising them and painting them for others to find.
It was here in North Carolina as well my kids loved finding them😁

Carter is such a great big brother! Those rocks are very popular in UK! There is some groups that you can post the rocks you painted or found to! You cover them with the transparent boat paint, or transparent nail varnish to save the colour
Thomas was just like this with the stairs! We gave up and let him get on with it 🤷🏼♀️ hahaha now this is a perfect baby gate!!! It would not work for our Thomas though haha
With 3 kids just arriving somewhere is more than some can manage! Running a few minutes late is like being on time!

We're staying indoors a lot too but not because of mosquitos it's because of the heat. It's 93° right now and supposed to get up to 97° today. Ughhh!! I'm so ready for Fall weather. I think y'all should do the Git up challenge. I love watching y'all.

You guys are the best, I love your videos! I live in Southern Indiana and in my town and a few others in this county there are groups that will paint rocks and hide them. Kids really enjoy and so do the adults, a lot of the painted rocks have inspirational things on them. If you have the chance look up Warrick County Rocks on Facebook, it'll give you a bit more insight.

Tiffani, I relate and feel the exact same way as you do about everything. Fear of the unexpected, anxiety being away from my kid, etc. Everything you express, I'm right there with you. So good to not feel alone in those thoughts and feelings!
my kids love painting and hiding rocks! we are in Florida and we have a local Facebook group when you hide a rock we share a hint on the Facebook page and when someone finds it they take a pic and post it so fun! make sure to cover the rock in mod podge once it is painted so the paint dosent come off

We use a spray service for mosquitos. It’s only $69 for our .75 acres. We don’t even have kids but it’s so bad in Oklahoma that we can’t go outside to take the dogs potty. It’s worth every penny.

I second the cutter spray. We live in florida and that's what we use in the backyard for them. The bottle attaches to your hose and just spray the grass and surrounding areas. Works great!

I think I’ve spent a handful of times away from my kids. I always feel like the odd mom when I say I love having the summer with them when they’re home from school and it makes me sad when September rolls back around. 🤷♀️
I never knew rock painting was a thing until my family recently moved from MN to AZ.
Yeah its a big thing here in Australia my daughter and her grandma did it on the school holidays... it keeps kids busy and even adults love doing it to... there is a facebook page where people post photos of the rocks there kids find then they put the rock in another place for another children to find

We very rarely got babysitters either! Our wedding anniversary is right after my oldest sons birthday and we spent his birthday over our anniversary every year cause they grow up way to fast and we have so many more anniversary`s after they grow up!
Work definetly consumes me. I wake up at 7, leave the house at 7:45. Drop kids off and go to work at 8:30. Get off at 5, home at 5:30, dinner, baths, bedtime at 7:30. And then shower and bedtime for myself, wake up and do it all over again. The fact that I spend a total of 2 hours with my kids at night kills me. But I take what I can get 🤷🏼♀️ I just made sure they know they’re loved and I’m doing all I can to make sure they’re taken care of. You guys are such amazing parents. ❤️💙
It’s such an endless cycle, I feel for you, but that is what it takes to provide for your kids and they will appreciate it! Your a great mom, keep cherishing the time you get with them!
