Today we will be cooking, cleaning, making crcokpot chicken and from scratch cauliflower rice and from scratch chocolate chip banana muffins. We will also be decluttering, putting up some dollar tree halloween decor, and even a little target grocery haul.

muffin recipe:
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking sode
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
1 3/4 gluten free measure for measure flour we use king arthur but honestly you can use any flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup mash banana (3 medium)
Cook on 375 for 20-25 min tag me on insta
I have a tip for you 🤞when you put honey in your measuring cup spray a little bit of cooking spray and it's going to come right out

I just love your channel. I am so glad I found it! These videos do help me out with motivation. Also I understand about the cooking something different for your children. My daughter doesn't eat red meat and she is only 5. She has never been big on any meat or chicken. So I always have to make sure she has other things to eat. I just think you don't need to apologize for how you feed your children. They are your children and you know what is best for them!! You seem like a great mom all around!

I made Mac and cheese for my Son the other day turned around to drain it and heard a scream he reached up to the stove and burned three fingers soooooo scary and upsetting definitely given me a new found anxiety never expected him to do it
I mostly cook when they gone to school or when they sleep for the night or nap time

I love watching your videos. I use that express tan it’s my favorite! You can def leave it on overnight without rinsing. It’s what I do all the time. And my pale girl self doesn’t get crazy dark or anything. I hope you enjoy it. I used to love the classic as well until I tried the express.
Got my sunday cleaning done while watching. Sorted my tower of laundry and started washing did dishes and mopped the flowers vacuumed and made the beds with fresh sheets and made muffins
