I think top priority is getting that roof repaired......Judging by the damage on the ceiling it looks pretty long term......Your interior is so nice, you don't want water dripping all over your stuff.......From my experience, a leak can look horrendous but the source can be a pretty small hole that causes a well of water over time and then soaks through the roof layers........In my situation, I ignored the problem and then one day my power went out and the electrician found a slow leak that arced out the light fitting and blew my whole system.........Much pricier than if I had addressed the leak earlier.
Broken toes are so painful! Tanner, I hope your toe heals and feels a bit better each and every day. 🙏🏼 And you guys should get your roof fixed ASAP before the leaks cause worse problems (like mold, mildew, structural damage, etc.) which would require a lot more materials, time, and money to repair. Ozzy and Stella are so precious! 💗 And I love that you had a party to honor your friends that helped you along the way towards getting your home to be the way it is now. 💞

You could put a tarp over the roof where it's leaking and weight it down with rocks til it gets fixed. Just a suggestion.
You guys are the best even in a bad day! United, positive and always working it out together! Taking it in turns to climb up on the roof during a thunderstorm and mop away the water. What a beautiful community of friends and family and the kids joining in. Hope you enjoyed yourselves in the end and that Tanners toes are alright and that your roof gets sorted soon. My kids are 12 and 15 and I’ve never baked anything in my life other than frozen lasagna and chicken breast. Baking skills don’t make a great mom, don’t worry! My daughters still think I’m the best and they love their store bought ice cream cakes they get for every birthday and holiday! 🤣🤣🤣

With a leaky roof I would think the whole roof would be replaced because it might flood the attic. I hope y'alls roof don't cave in. Hope his foot is okay and not broke cause I fell and caught my fall and my husband said it was probably sprained. So I didn't even bother to get it checked. Then I had to go to the emergency room for something minor and I asked if they thought it was broke and they done x-rays and sure enough, it was 😕 I had to get surgery on it and heavy after cast before I got a real cast because I never went to get it checked for 31 days!! It was growing back wrong and my surgery took over 4 hours when it was only to be for an hour & a half. Pain so much pain. Hope y'all don't have to replace the whole roof. Good Luck 🙂

You could've but the butter in the freezer for a few minutes 💜It molds up back into soften butter or if you leave it in there for too long it will be back like a stick of butter 🤟🏻💜

Short of getting the rid fixed, next time you're having a party and the roof leaks, get a decorative bucket, put flowers in it and tell people their self watering lol

I dropped a couch on my big toe at work. And I fell back with pain, then after my coworkers asked if I was okay, I got up and continued moving couches. Then moved a whole room then sat down and looked at my toe, it was only slightly purple and it hurt a little. So then i start feeling like I'm going to pass out so I calmly walk through the halls to get to my boss. While I'm walking I loose my sight and hearing. Luckily I work at a twin school to the school that I went for elementary. But yeah I lost my sight and hearing for 5 minutes, don't go back to work when you get hurt. Anyway, my toe was not broken but the nail fully turned black and surprisingly didn't fall off. My new nail grew bellow it and the dead nail slowly came off starting at the root and ending at the tip. But yeah if you can't bend your toe it's broken, that's why I kept working, I could bend my toe. Be safe and careful everyone.

Gotta say you wish you were like other mums, they wish they were like you, grass is always greener! Also need to tell you your house may have been messy but it was in no way dirty there's a massive difference!! A messy home is a happy home and I wish all children were I a home like yours!
