    the conclusion is more research is needed

      there is definitely a connection between gut health and our psychological health. as Dr. Sebi said, just clear your body of mucus and parasites and you will be cured not only of autism but of all diseases, but they won't tell you that directly. Big pharma love to see you suffer, so they say more research is needed, lying and deceiving people. to delay human evolution as much as possible in order to make money and control our health.

    Why is it they always talk about autistic children? When we turn 18 and become adults we still have autism i can confirm you.

      I suspect I am but not diagnosed, all the difficulties I had as a child I still have, and my diet is very different I eat far more fibre now and feel healthier, still neurodivergant I don't think this is something that can be fixed with gut microbiome as powerful as that is

    I suspect autonomic dysfunction plays a part in autism which also can give some people digestive issues, I don't personally have the latter yet my brain definitely has a few neurodivergant traits, it's tricky to untangle these kinds of things chicken or the egg, digestive issue --> autism or vice versa

    Correlation does not equal causation. There are plenty of non austic people who have a limited diet, just wondering if these factors have been included in the research 🤔.

      they admit more studies are needed but i tend to agree, i have always had unexplained undiagnosed stomach problems since i was a child and have recently been diagnosed with with ASD...

    The title of the video is just to call attention. The correct should be: we don't know the gut's connection to autism.

    It has to be linked with the X chromosome.
    My mother has it and her mother had it.
    Why?

    • @Catlily5
      @Catlily5 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My mom has gut problems and so do I. But some people seem to get autism from their fathers. Do they inherit gut problems from him as well?

    • @elisabethklinge2115
      @elisabethklinge2115 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I (a woman) got my IBS from my Dad. His dad and grandfather also has gut issues. My Mom's stomach is fine. It would be awesome if they could figure it out!

  • @elisabethklinge2115
    @elisabethklinge2115 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    This is deeply flawed. I was not a picky eater as a child. Developed IBS as a teen. Have weird reactions to things (magnesium constipates me - common in ASD folks btw - good luck finding anything about it). My mom (also on the spectrum) has never had any gut issues in her 75 years. My Dad (ADHD) has gut issues, as did his dad, and his dad (actually died from constipation/impacted bowel). Stop trying to "cure autism" and understand there are traits and co-morbidities and freaking help us!

    • @Catlily5
      @Catlily5 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I was fed extremely healthy food as a child. I developed IBS as a young adult even though I continued to eat healthier food than most. I did not have a restricted diet at any time in my life.

      we dont need "curing" . thats like "curing" gay people or people of colour, or any of that shit. we are whom we are, cure yourself of bigotry. NOW THAT WOULD BE A CURE!

    • @bluesummers5051
      @bluesummers5051 ปีที่แล้ว

      Why do you guys always hyper fixate on the theory that there COULD be a link between digestion problems and autism instead of the clinical research? Nowhere in the video did they mention “curing autism”, we’re all just trying to understand it more but it seems like any attempt to do so scientifically is met with hostility by those who are fortunate enough to voice their opinion on it. This video was super careful about not making any grand claims and remaining skeptical yet people STILL found something to get upset about.

    • @randomcow505
      @randomcow505 ปีที่แล้ว

      the tapeworm thing is very real for SOME autoimmune disorders and allergies
      its not regular tapeworms, its animal tapeworm eggs that can hatch but not grow much or continue their life cycle in the human gut.
      It sounds gross but its a "natural" remedy that seems to work for a wide range of conditions
