I have seen the question "who is the drummer?" like a bilion times and the one who answers it is always wrong... The drummer on this tour was Antonio Donadeo.

The drummer is a freaking beast!!
The funny thing is that Dave Suzuki writes all of the music and is actually the one who does the drumming in the studio. Crazy to say but he's a better drummer tha a guitar player. Respectfully of course.
vital remains are searching new lead guitarist now .. but i don't think anyone can replace dave suzuki
@b2ball6playa2 Vital Remains has definitely one of the most extreme drum play in the world (of metal) Playing 9 minutes constant with this shit is one hellova effort compared playing ordinary 3-4 minute DM songs. Respect!!!

This song is unique. The only song that I like from Icons of Evil. Immortal Crusade is my favorite Vital Remains song, but Scorned is nearly as good, I Am God, Dawn of the Apocalypse, War in Paradise, and Dechristianized are just incredible . I am surprised that Vital Remains wasn't a more popular band. They definitely are more interesting than Cannibal Corpse recording basically the same album over and over. Suzuki is one of the best musicians that ever existed

@ChromaticDeathVox I'm not, although I do actually play drums which I suspect you don't.
Gravity blasting (aka the freehand technique or single handed roll) = when you use the rim of the snare as a fulcrum to move the stick up and down, once you pick up the technique you can use this to play really fast... by really fast I mean 16ths at 300 bpm on one hand. I guess it's *possible* for someone to play 8th notes with it, but that would have no power and using it that way is pointless anyway.

@ChromaticDeathVox A gravity blast isn't even really an actual blastbeat, it's just taking the one handed roll and putting it in the other parts of a blast-- the 4 blasts would be the hammer, traditional, freehand and bomb blast, with the hammer being the easiest and bomb blast being the hardest.
It clearly isn't, for the reason that it's not spammy and out of control like slow gravity blasts are. Very sloppy, sure, because the drummer probably can't really handle the tempo (290 methinks)

@Steve128967 Actually, I do play drums. I also play guitar, bass, keyboards, and other misc. bullshit. I'm what you would call a well rounded musician. I know how to do gravity blasts. I learned how to do them in High School (which was over 6 years ago). I was merely posing a theory when I said it could be gravity blasts, they are the easiest to do, my drummer in the death metal band I'm in would be proof of that, for he does it on our longer songs when he gets tired.
