For most Third World countries like my country, two-thirds youthful South Africa, the MDR tuberculosis is increasingly taking lives - especially in the presence of the high incidence of HIV / AIDS, poverty, high unemployment, non-compliance, wayward under-educated youths, theft of state finances by officials, corruption with impunity, under-resourced government hospitals, etc. You name it, we have it here! Fortunately we still have fair elections every time & our voters are just starting to mature and wake up and are voting wisely.
