Ha! I did it for the adventure & challenge! It was a challenging adventure! People are aliens behind the wheel in Manhattan! I decided to pay $50 at a garage just for the ease, but it’s definitely another world while driving! I almost had a panic attack and would do it again in a heartbeat!
Just Jersey or anyway place outside of Manhattan? I’m going in a couple of weeks and I want to drive out there to save half the cost of buying plane tickets
@@alexromero1106 I just went to New York Friday and I parked in Newark New Jersey and road the path train into Manhattan. Left the car for about 9 hours and it was $22
Update: when I went it was really dead. I was able to drive through Manhattan throughout the weekend with hardly any traffic. Parking was also not as bad. I think the most I paid was $28

Honestly, New Yorkers are not fans of tourists who bring cars. It makes road congestion worse and takes up all the parking spots for residents. Please leave your car at home if at all possible.

Out of state driver must leave and park your car at New Jersey before Getting in Manhattan.Thats peace of mind.
