just over a gram of weed, driving w/o a licence, reasons for incarceration??? My God, this is SERIOUSLY biased law enforcement. Those are worth fines in the cities as a white person. It breaks my heart that our Indigenous brothers and sisters are treated like this.

  • @Jer0tube

You break the law on a continual basis and you expect not to be dealt with? You have no one to blame except for yourself! How is Australia as a society supposed to move on in unity when so many indigenous expect everything to go perfectly their way regardless if they continually break the law? If Aboriginal people are more likely to be sent to jail or punished, there just simply must be a reason for it. I don't go out and steal, break into people's homes, vehicles, or whatever, I've never set foot in a jail. Don't break the law, don't go to jail, it's not rocket science. You can't expect to be treated fairly when you so willingly prove you're a repeat offender. It's time the story of the "stolen generation" or being Australia's first people was put to rest as some kind of justification for being a person with no decency, respect for others or the law. Move on, improve your life, promote yourself, be civil, and work towards a better future instead of trying to beat a legal system that isn't going to change to accommodate repeat offenders. You do not have to be a criminal, no one is forcing you to be one. There are some countries you can be put to death for petty crimes. There is no such thing as different laws for different people, only a different set of criminals that never learn.

@@misskleokleo7371 There were hundreds of tribes fighting each other for thousands of years and building nothing of value. We conquered this land and built Western civilization here for the benefit of all, and you call us criminals? Aborigines cannot compete or get along in Western civilization and therefore should not be part of our society. Our law is valuable because it is conducive to a civil society, unlike Aboriginal lawlessness.

It's really the true original way, the law of the land. Every culture originally followed these laws. Long before the church and state were ever invented. .

@A D They survived for 40,000 years. The British empire used Eugenics on the Aboriginal people. They sent the most violent criminals, the lie we are told in history is that they only sent "petty criminals". Scientist have recently come to find out that trauma can be passed down by generations and the indigenous people up until 50 years ago were being tortured, enslaved, humiliated, abused and treated as animals. The aboriginals may not have been as technologically advanced as the British but they were connect to the land and lived in sync with it. They survived and flourished for 40,000 years. The British were more barbaric but claimed to be "holier than thou" and "civilized". "Take away benefits of British rule", "let them police and law themselves" are statements of pure ignorance. Racism is stupid because in the big scheme of things, its definitely not about race. No matter how much more important than someone of a different ethnicity, culture or colour you think you are, you are just another kog in the machine driven by the elite families who have dictated and controlled the direction of the world through manipulation, false history and keeping the masses ignorant.

@@okayyeah8699 No society was perfect. The white Australia policy affected all people of colour, not just Aboriginals but man, look at the Chinese, Vietnamese, Indians etc keep their nose to the grindstone and forge ahead. They are not in the majority and they get no extra benefits but they work long hours and intelligently to make a life for themselves and their children. There is nothing to stop Aboriginals from doing the same. Expect Aboriginals likewise to succeed and they will. Don't look down on them. Don't expect any less from them.

They are given so much yet they want more. Colour of skin has no bearing on laws broken,do the crime do the time.
