I feel you man!!! Cow cheese casomorphines actually act like heroin in the brain, that’s why people get really addicted to it (including me).
Now I’m fully vegan and I honestly don’t get cravings bc of the good substitutes. The cheese substitute that BLEW me away was violife smoked provolone slices! Give it a try!

Everyone says Roberta was super critical but in the end she says basically the cheese is the part is that isn't the best. But the rest is good. And its true, vegan cheese is eh cuz it doesnt melt etcetera and she personally wouldn't serve it to her family 👍

I am vegan and I am italian, I make my own vegan lasagna and I like it, yet it is not the real lasagna at all. Real lasagna is on a whole different level that vegan one cannot reach, as it always has this sweet taste.

The ones who say that are the most open minded, are totally the opposite, judging before trying, especially the youngest one, but that woman in the white tee, is amazing. Modest, not talking too much, not bragging with her unbiased character, but in real time totally judgment free, open, honest, exuberant, yet peaceful and serene. That smile, though, amazing presence!!

What this tells me is that it's theoretically possible to make a Vegan lasagna so close to the original that it would be virtually indistinguishable from the original. I bet there are Vegans in Italy working on it now.

Love your videos, one thing I miss due to allergies is scampi, with chips and mushy peas, if you could recreate that it would be amazing, I’ve seen vegans use palm of hearts for camalari, I wonder if that would work for scampi, I’m gluten free too, so it’s very tough finding good food, but I’m getting there :)
