Na Dae Gi was the leader of a student gang and had power over all high schools in his area. He declares the gang's disbandment, goes into a third-degree College of Education to become a teacher, and finds a job in Kangho High, which has a reputation for being highly populated with troublemakers.
The student gangs at Kangho High, who all the other teachers have given up on, start a fight with Dae Gi, who prepares a lesson of his own, and so begins the war between the gangster teacher and the student gang at Kangho High.

Being in teaching profession myself I feel how a teacher would feel. it's not only in movies but in reality itself. The new modern education system and regulations make the teacher helpless to teach. A light punishment seems like an entertainment to students but a big of heavy punishment led to parents complaint and expulsion of teachers. This sort of advantages enjoy by the students really affects their career in long run. Btw any parent need help in solving assignment in mathematics form primary to senior secondary grade can let me know. Will do it in reasonable price.

This is like a very bad copy of Great Teacher Onizuka. I mean, yes the gangster life of a high school student is very much likely a real life tale to tell but they are so primitive despite having better morals than the original. And the moral does not even compete to the original gangster teacher gaining respect from his students. He is still using violence to gain the upperhand while Onizuka's way to teach his students is using his past life, connections of greater feared gangs, and his ways teaching his bad students of bad karma, and still connects with them as an equal even if he is their teacher.
Yes. That's how shallow the thought whenever writers want to recreate GTO theme into a new movie/drama...

Not really. You just need to look at them with different eyes and earn their respect. I'm not a teacher but I had the respect of my sons' football teams. I was a football Mom that did corrections and security. My sons and I showed them that the three of us could push the sled from one end of the field to the other. I took the middle they each took a side. I earned their respect through actions. It's not easy for everyone. I boxed for 14 years did kickboxing and judo. I was not a typical mom or woman.
