How lovely to see hand-made 'rock', alas it is a dying art. I live in a 'sea-side' town. Up to about 4 years ago we had 1 shop where you could go and watch it being made. Loads of holiday makers went and watched. They made it for shops all over our Country (UK), then H&S poked their noses in and made so many rules they Closed for Good. Now it's only 'factory' made - just doesn't taste the same.
*Everything is very good. We need to share the village local food with people around the world. I have also been cooking for my family and friends in the village for over half a century. I am interested in sharing those recipes with the world through my TH-cam channel. My effort is to pass these recipes on to the next generation.*
