    This is a lovely video. Full of human warmth and respect. This is how the healer and patient should interact.

    It's so funny how Dr. Hauser moves his head, neck and shoulders in conversation so much. Shows the fluidity, I know, I can barely move my neck but it's titillating having good health I'm sure when you know what people are dealing with

    I am a patient of Dr. Hauser's and have done 3 prolotherapy sessions with phenomenal results. Him and his staff are the REAL DEAL. I can promise you this - I will never set foot in another Orthopedic surgeons office. I spent 15+ months unable to run, walk, sleep or sit b/c of hip, back, groin and knee pain. Two weeks after my first prolo session and I was able to start running and living again w/out pain. Stop wasting your time trying to 'manage' your pain. Just make an appointment and 'cure' your pain so you can get on w/living and enjoying life.

      How did you get over the fear of I injections?

      @B. L. Hi B.L. Dr Hauser at Caring Medical diagnosed me with having overly loose ligaments and joints in both hips, pelvis, and back. He determined this thru a physical exam and via ultrasound. He also uses Motion X-ray for neck and back injuries, which wasn't needed in my case. He's a master of anatomy and will really try to figure out the root cause of your pain. He sees a lot of people who have had numerous surgeries yet are still in pain.
      The injections he administers are like nothing else I've tried. His goal isn't to treat your pain but rather cure your pain. It's very quick and noninvasive but he offers nitrous (laughing gas) if you want it. I was absolutely miserable and in constant pain before I saw him. He really did change my life as I'm back to running 5 days a week and snowboarding. Trust me, you won't regret going to see him

      @@jasonbourne9741 If you're scared of needles he offers laughing gas, which makes the injections painless. Don't let your fear of needles deter you from getting treated. Perhaps I'm strange but I actually look forward to my treatment sessions

    I can certainly relate to Annie on her mental state before and after Prolotherapy. Though I would like to hear more about her practical experience of of the therapy in the beginning of receiving it. What was her experience after the first set of injections…how did her body feel? Was it an immediate reduction in pain? If not how long until the pain decrease?

    Thanks for sharing. Do the effects of prolotherapy wear away as we age provided we don't injure ourselves ? Do we constantly need to do top ups?

    For the past 16 years, after a lifting accident I manage my pain in the right si joint. Initial diagnosis by a chiropractor was Si Joint instability. No treatment showed an effect on the problem. Fear of the injections is the only thing that keeps me away from prolotherapy. What should I do? This was the 8th christmas dinner I ate on the floor.

      @@CaringmedicalProlotherapy what Kind of sedation do the patients get?

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jasonbourne9741 That is up to the provider. Our clinical team would assess patients for being able to do conscious sedation, or if an oral medication is more appropriate, or nitrous, etc... We'd be happy to talk with you and discuss your overall health history and the best options for you. These are all part of the new patient appointment. :)

      Jason Bourne I’ve had this done, not by Caring Medical as I live in California. I have facet arthritis and DDD but when the doctor began the ultrasound for the injections she noted a tear at the SI joint. I take Xanax before each appointment. You’re on your stomach so you don’t see the needles going in. Also, my doctor provided some numbing shots. My heart goes out to you, chronic pain sucks. I’ve had shots in my toes and that’s no picnic! I have trouble controlling my anxiety but once you see improvement from the procedure, you get over it. Good luck.

      Hi Andrew, Thanks for noticing. Yes, he brings it up in various other videos as well. He knows very well the struggle of having FHP due to profession and after traumatic injuries, etc.. In this video, he is more focused on listening to Annie's story. Wish you all the best in health.

      @@CaringmedicalProlotherapy Do you do phone consultations?

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@AndrewHedlund100 Hi Andrew, The providers do not do phone consultations, as they would need to do a physical exam on a patient in order to make a proper treatment recommendation. However, our clinical team reviews cases ahead of time to ensure that someone sounds like a good candidate to see the providers. If you would like to discuss your case with our team, you're welcome to reach out directly through our website. Take care.
