Concerning to see a fan housing cage used as a strainer. Won't the coating melt off bit by bit and be part of the food? Forget the coating, even the metal that cage is made off is not safe being constantly dipped in boiling oil.. The place itself isn't very sanitary as well. 😓

I think they believe that they have master the best way to prepare tasty spring rolls efficiently without compromising consumer safety and customarily serve themselves and their loves ones the same spring rolls that they are selling to customers. If I was visiting their area, I will give it a try too.

How often do they replace the cooking oil and I hope the area pass health inspection for health safety I'll never eat such product and the girl is so proud of using an electric fan cage housing for strainer who knows any lead content on the electric fan cage housing has that can harm buyers this is just an opinion

A kitchen that makes that much food everyday, and especially during a time of production, cannot be neat. I'm sure they clean when they're done cooking. Who has the time to clean when it will literally get dirty the next second.
