I really think all beaches should be public. I can understand limiting the amount of people per day, but it should be public. That's how it is in other places.
Technically, they are, or at least parts of them, the sand from water to the high tide mark is public because our Florida tax money renourishes and rebuilds the beaches. It's literally less than half a mile in diameter this whole area so I wouldn't feel guilty. It's a very small space and outside of it towards Panama Beach is shabby.

Beautiful place but for the eilitists. Can't stand the place. give me a beach, raw oysters, beer. I dont need to ride my bike to the exclusive beach. I'll keep renting my ft morgan beach house and not worry about going to a taco restaurant and not having my gucci on. This way more martha's vineyard than Jimmy Buffets redneck riviera...which is WAY more fun.

It has some nice stores and Nice landscaping but it's not that great I mean come on people. Very short radius. It's not like a town that goes on and on it's like only a couple of blocks on each side which to me is not enough. For the elitists, why because it's New and clean? I felt right at home there, frankly, and I'm not rich. That hotel is tiny compared to pics.
